A Beauty is She

Months have passed since I proposed to Astrid, a week ago she came home with a big smile on her face and told me her dress was finished and that she put it on. a couple days ago mom brought Asta home from her fitting telling me her flower girl dress was finished. Astrid has her Bridesmaids, I have my Groomsmen. Everything is almost ready, all that's left is to set up and do the ceremony.  

The next day I spent in the Great hall helping Astrid, mom and some other villagers set up for the reception site, Most of the day was spent moving tables around to open up part of the floor to dance on, putting up lights and streamers, the wedding is in couple of days Astrid want's everything done and ready so we can just slide through the Ceremony easily. near the end of the day, we began to start placing the vases for the centerpieces, setting up the plates, forks, knives, and spoons. The flowers would be added to the centerpieces last minute by my mother. I started heading home I was exhausted Astrid had caught up with me and grabbed my hand. 

"Only a couple more days Hiccup, then we can go on our honeymoon and sleep in Asta will be with your parents while we are away." Astrid tried to soothe me

"It sounds soothing and like a good time but are we sure this is a good Idea I mean, what if something happens while we are gone."  I expressed my concern, Astrid just shook her head at me. 

"Hiccup it's okay really."  Astrid looked at me telling me that I had nothing to worry about. I just sighed
