Getting Stuck With You (Pt.3)

Yuu!:

"I have a really terrible feeling about this, Yuu-chan." Mika said for the 100th time as they drove to the Hiragi mansion. Kureto, the next head, had called to state his father, Tenri, the last head had died, and all of the subjects he'd been working with were to be brought to the mansion to receive their last check for participating in his study.

"I don't care, Tenri was okay compared to Kureto, the least I can do is receive my last fucking check from him." Yuu told him as he grinded his teeth in exersion from keeping the car on the old road in the downpour of rain.

"They're bad people, how many times do I have to tell you?" Mika asked exasperatedly. Yuu shrugged.

"Apparently a few last times, because, after this, I'm never going back. The house is kind of creepy." Yuu teased Mika. Mika stuck his tongue out.

"Oh, Yuu-chan." Mika sighed as they approached the bridge. They sat in the car for a few moments as they drove toward the bridge, glancing at the other every few seconds, simply happy to be in each other's presence. He could hear the rain pounding on the windshields, and the creaking of the car on the old road. A loud breaking sound with rain mixed in. Complete and utter silence.

Kimizuki!:

"Yoichi stop putting things in my field of vision, I require 97% of my mind on the road right now if you don't mind me not killing us all (I am evil author hehe :P). " Yoichi sighed, putting his hand down.

"I really don't like this....." Yoichi mumbled after a moment of silence.

"I know you don't but the dude creeps me out. Tenri was better than him, but Hellish-Eyebrows creeps me the fuck out." Kimizuki murmured, trying to concentrate on driving.

"It feels more off than all the other times, Kimizuki." Yoichi murmured, and when Kimizuki glanced at him his bottom lip trembled.

"It'll be okay, we owe Tenri one last visit right?" Kimizuki sighed. Yoichi paused his shaking, considering that for a moment. 

"Well, okay. I guess so, but do not stay too long, and stick close to Yuu-kun and Mitsuba-san." Yoichi said after a minute of consideration.

"Good, now let me drive."

A crash. Darkness.

Mitsuba!:

"That boy's a monster! A monster!" Shinoa sang, distracting Mistuba's already distracted driving.

"Stop it, can I at least stop you from killing us horribly after I drive us into a ditch?" She asked, straining her eyes to catch a glimpse of the road ahead.

"It's not that bad, plus I can save you if I do crash the car!" Shinoa giggled. Mitsuba glared at her under her blonde bangs.

"I've got to get that paycheck, it's the only thing that will hold us until next month!" Mitsuba groaned, swerving to avoid a fallen branch.

"I know, but we really shouldn't be going anyway, because of All Hail Eyebrows, Leader of Hell, Conqueror of Satan." Shinoa smiled at Mitsuba. She shrugged.

"I'll stay with Yuu and Kimizuki, they'll be there, right?" I asked, trying to offer some relief from the worry she tries to conceal but still writes itself all over her eyes.

"I guess." She relented quietly, looking out the window.

"Shinoa, I know you're worried, it's going to be okay." I told her resting my hand on her surprisingly warm thigh.

"Okay." They drove in silence for a few minutes, the air heavy with unanswered questions.

A loud crash, the sound of the pouring rain, and darkness all within a matter of seconds.
