Intro part 1

Dear diary,

That should be the beginning. Lets start by saying my name is Sage and I'm 17 years old. I'm a senior in high school and I'm graduating in three months. I don't consider myself popular or a geek honestly. I think I'm a mix between the two. My mom passed away in a car crash last summer and ever since then it's just been me and my dad. My dad works as a surgeon so I knew everything about the human body before I was ten surprisingly. It was gross I have to admit but once I turned twelve I began to become more fascinated. What else is there? Oh yeah. I'm crushing on this guy named Connor. The most popular guy in school and totally hottie I must say. He's pretty mysterious honestly. For someone who's so popular he only hangs out with one person. His best friend Dylan. They're both pretty attractive but Connor is the cutest one. Anything else I'm forgetting? Oh yeah. I'm in newspaper club and my best friend Mariah joined with me. We are the editors so that's a big responsibility. Mariah and I have been bff's since kindergarten so we go way back. There's one more thing I'm forgetting but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe it'll come back to me sooner or later. Hopefully sooner.
