"Okay love birds time to get back home", Mariah said cutting in to our moment.

"Must you ruin our moment?", Connor asked.

"Connor shut up", I said lightly slapping him.

"Ouch", he said rubbing his arm.

"Did that seriously hurt?", I asked.

"Newborn vampires are stronger and faster than any other vampires but not including royalty though", Mariah replied walking towards us.

We walked back to the car and I sat in the front and drove us home. Now that I have Connor and Mariah back for good, my life is complete...

A few weeks later the night before the wedding came quickly. My dad still can't come but I'm happy about that because it'll be a wedding full of vampires and my dad being the only human there. Not a good idea because he'll be the only item on the menu that everyone will want and I can't let that happen. I stayed at Mariah's house and Dylan stayed with Connor at home.

"I'm so happy for you", Mariah squealed.

"I am to but I'm also nervous", I said.

"Nervous about what?", she asked.

"That I'll freeze when saying the vows", I replied.

"You won't trust me. Everything will be fine", she said.

"Sure I will. What if my dress gets ruined by accident? What if everyone hates my new look or my dress? What if my thirst gets out of control and I go on a blood rampage?", I asked.

"Okay there's no way we're letting anything happen to your dress, if anyone has anything bad to say about you or anyone else they can leave and you'll feed tonight so that won't happen", she replied walking to the kitchen.

I followed her and she tossed a bag full of a cold liquid in it. I started wondering where she got it from. No never mind I don't even want to know.

"It's not bad. First few times it tastes a little sour but after a few months it taste like candy or something sweet", she said.

"It looks like Kool-Aid", I said.

"Then pretend it's that then if it helps", she said.

She put a cup on the counter and I gave her the bag. I watched as she poured the "Kool-Aid" into a cup and put a straw in it. She handed me the cup and I sniffed it not wanting to even smell its contents. It took all my strength not to puke. Then again what would come up if I did? Food from almost a month ago? It wold probably just be me making weird noises. Well here goes nothing. I took a sip and it wasn't to bad. It was good enough that I could actually hold it down.

"So what do you think?", she asked.

"It's not the best drink I ever had but it's okay", I replied drinking more.

Once I finished my thirst was under control. Thank you Mariah. We spent the rest of the night watching movies and getting ready for tomorrow. Hopefully nothing will go wrong...
