Chapter 16: Damn

After we broke the kiss, he pulled me into one of his bear hugs. Sigh.

When he pulled away, the look on Jb's face made me smile.

He had the biggest and brightest smile on his face. The twinkle in his eye made my heart melt.

Im cheesy I know. I know.

The car ride home made me on edge the whole time. I couldnt sleep this time because I was too busy staring at Jb's free hand interlaced with mine.

Every now and then he would give my hand a light squeeze, and when I looked over at him, he always had a smile on his face.

"Are you sure you dont need me to come inside with you." Jb said, leaning on the doorway biting his lip.

This boy.

"No sir, we have school tomorrow." I said, pushing him out the door.

Its not that I didnt want to, cause Lord knows I did. But, I refuse to go to school tomorrow with huge dark circles under my eyes.

"Fine, but atleast let me say goodnight to you." Jb said, with his famous head tilt.

I just nodded.

He pushes the door back open, practically jumping back inside my house.

He pushes me against the wall and grabs my face. Once our lips touch, the fireworks happen again.

Once he pulls away, the bitch says, "Have an excellent night Lexi."

He winks before exiting and closing the door behind him. Leaving me baffled in the living room.

"YASSSSS! I knew yall would finally get together!" Sara exclaimed.

"I like how you had sex with him before yall got together. But wont have sex with him when yall are together." Naeyeon added, not looking up from her phone.

"It was a school night." I defended.

"It was a school night when yall did it the other night." Sara added.

"Oh shut up." I said annoyed.

I got up from the table and headed to my Calculus class.

When I walked inside, Chanyeol was already sitting at the desk. When he saw me, I saw how he smiled and how his eyes lit up. Oh Chanyeol, some things never change.

"So how was last night?" Chanyeol asked, smirking.

How the hell did he know?

"Pardon?"

"Jb texted me. So yall are dating now, thats good." Chanyeol said smiling. But I couldnt help but notice a hint of saddness in his eyes.

I know Chanyeol still loves me. I can tell by how he smiles at me.

"How have you been?" I suddenly blurt out. I regret asking when I see his face change.

"You know just trying to hang in there and stuff. I requested a probation officer so I can only go to school and home." He said.

"Why would you request a probation officer?" I ask.

"Because I did somethimg wrong." He said defensively. "Im not gonna be that spoiled rich kid that never takes responsibility for his actions." Chanyeol said.

Something tells me he has been fighting a battle at home.

I was walking to my locker when Satan decided to stand in my way.

"Well if it isnt Lex-whore." Madison says standing in front of me with her arms crossed.

Her fake ass orange hair made me think of a carrot that sat in the sun for too long.

"Carrot Satan." I said plainly, trying to walk past till she close lined me.

"Listen up bitch." She started as im trying my hardest not to punch her in the face.

"First you steal Luhan from me 2 years ago, you steal Chanyeol from me this year, and now Jb." She starts complaining.

Ugh I dont have time for this.

"Its not my fault that your are a hoe that cant get a decent guy." I said, walking past her until she grabbed my hair.

"Just because guys are chasing after me and not you doesnt make me a hoe you fucking bitch." She snarled at me.

"Well im sorry if some guys in this school will run to any vagina that is vacant." I snapped back. I removed my hair from her grip and started walking. Until she tripped me causing my head to hit the lockers.

Ah hell no.
Im not letting this bitch beat my ass in front of half the school.

Forgetting I have a ring on, I turn right as my fist connects with her jaw.

I heard her whimper, only to look up and see blood dripping from her jaw line. Oh shit. I need to get out of here.

"I-I-Im sorry." I stutter as I run out of the school.

Oh shit. What did I do....

I ran until I ended up on Main street. Breathing heavy, I turn my head looking for a place to get something to drink. When I spot Starbucks, I decide it's better than nothing.

As I walk towards it, I get a strange feeling that something is about to happen.

*buzz buzz*

I pull my phone out of my pocket. Its the fucking group chat...that Jb created.

From: Groupchat

Jb: Where you at?

Cody: Dude your gf just cut Madison.

Chan: Bruhhhh I saw the whole thing.

Sara: Lex wtf

Nae: Madison totally over exaggerated. Its a tiny cut.

Great now its probably going around school. I decide to just ignore it and walk inside Starbucks.

And of course the line is long. Great.

There is like ten people in front of me. Most are men and women in suits.

Finally theres only three people in front of me. The guy in front of this one lady ordered a latte and muffin.

Luhan's favorite.

When he grabbed his items from the counter, he turned around and my heart stopped.

"Lexi?"

"Luhan?"

I stood there staring at him. I felt as thought I could faint any moment.

Then Luhan said, "I told you I would come back."
