Erin walked around. She didn't remember where she lived, and she was still a little dizzy, disoriented. But she couldn't just lay in a hospital bed. She wondered near the district.

"Is that Erin?" Mouse asked as he stared outside the window. Erin was walking around, looking paranoid.

"C'mon, lets go see what's up." Antonio ordered.

They rushed outside and across the busy street. They finally caught up to her. Antonio grabbed her arm and stopped her. "Erin, are you okay?" He asked.

"Yeah, who are you?" She asked, confused.

"It's Antonio...Dawson." He stated.

"Erin, what do you remember?" Mouse questioned.

"I---I remember... I." Her eyes fluttered as she fell to the ground. Her head hit the pavement. Blood oozed out of her head.

"Help me get her up. We can put her in my car, I'll drive her to Med." Antonio ordered, again. Mouse did as he said and they carried her to his car.

At Med, after tests are done.

"Erin, it looks like you may have amnesia, we think it is Dissociative Amnesia. When you, or the patient, blocks out certain information to undergo the pain of the situation."

"Okay, so how do I get my memory back?" Erin quizzed.

"Just try and be around the environment you were before you lost your memories, hang out with people who know you. Just try and think about it. Anything you do remember, write it down." Dr. Will Halstead stated.

"Okay, will do." Erin said, rolling over, turning the news on. She watched the screen, but recalled a memory.

Erin walked into the hospital room and saw Jay lying in the bed. "Hey." Erin said.

"Hey." Jay replied, wincing at talking.

"I love you...I do."

"I love you too."

She opened her eyes. She saw a pen and paper in front of her and immediately wrote it down. Erin didn't know who he was, but she knew that she loved him.

The doctor had also told her earlier that she may not remember everything though.

For weeks, Erin tried to remember who he was, she didn't want help from everyone else so she kind of isolated herself. She remembered certain people like Hank, Camille, Bunny, Teddy, Kelly, and Nadia, but she didn't remember any more than that. She wanted to figure out her life, who she was, what she did, but she had no clue, no idea, nothing.

Weeks flew by like days, and slowly, each day, she gained more and more of her memory, but she never remembered everything fully. She remembered the time she found her brother, Teddy, but didn't remember how she found him, or the people she worked with. She remembered the time she found Nadia, dead in a grave, naked. But didn't remember who did it, or where she even was.

"Erin, can I talk to you?" Jay rushed up to Erin.

"No, Jay. I remember what happened, not all of it, but I remember most of it, and I don't want to listen to what you have to say. You can talk and talk all you want, but this is over, just how you wanted it, so leave me alone." She argued.

"I wasn't going to talk to you about that, I was going to ask if you wanted to go grab a beer with Ruzek, Burgess and I. So do you?" Jay asked.

"Um...I dunno." She murmured.

"You have to!!!" Burgess yelled, running up behind her. "C'mon, it'll be fun."

"Fine." Erin agreed.

They went over to Molly's and sat down at a table. This wasn't a double date, but it sure did seem like it. Erin ordered a water, she didn't like drinking beer ever since Jay and her broke up. She drank a glass of water as she watched Jay gulp down a bottle of beer.

"Erin, I've been meaning to tell you something." Jay mumbled.

"Yeah..." Erin made him continue.

"I'm seeing someone. Her name's Zoe, she is a bank accountant."

"Jay, I really don't see how that's any of my business, you life is your life, same for me." Erin stated, ordering a bottle of beer. Her first beer in 2 months. She gulped it down and ordered another.

"Erin, slow down. Your gonna pass out." Burgess ordered.

"No, I can drink all I want, this is my life, not yours, just as I said to Jay. Don't worry about me." She gulped down another beer, and another, and another, and finally she was way more drunk than she had been months before.

"Woah, Erin, that's enough, I think it's time to go home." Ruzek stated.

"No, not close enough, maybe for your, but not for me." As she said that, all these memories came flooding back, everything she hadn't remembered yet, she started remembering. She remembered all of the times her and Jay broke up, to all of the details of Nadia's death, to all of the times her and Jay got back together. The one thing that she didn't want to remember was this, when she found out Jay was seeing someone else.

"Erin! That's enough!" Hermann shouted walking over to their table. "Go home, or I'll call someone to take you home, preferably Voight."

"Okay, I'm going, just leave me alone." She said walking outside, leaving Jay, Ruzek, and Burgess at the table. She wondered around on the streets until a nice man finally stopped her.

"Miss? Are you okay?" The man asked.

"Yeah, just going home. I'm Erin."

"Hi Erin, my name's Nathan."

"Hey." Erin replied, taking the paper he had just handed her. It read his number.

"Call me." Nathan said, walking away.

Erin thought, He didn't try and take advantage of me, he actually is a nice guy. "Wait. You mind driving me home? Or we could walk. We could get a drink at my house." Erin caught up to him and asked.

"Um, I walk a lot, I try to keep in shape, so I could walk with you. If that's fine."

"Yeah." And so Erin just made a new friend...or should I say, a new BOYFRIEND.
