"We want to thank each and every one of these soldiers, especially ones still out there fighting. These men are probably the most courageous people you will ever meet in your life. Especially Jay Halstead who is receiving the Silver Star tonight for brave, heroic actions while in battle. If you'd like to say a few words, Jay?" General Fig asked.

"Yes, sir. So I was stuck out there for 3 weeks. My men and I went through a lot. A few of us died, and that was none of our faults but we tried to protect them. I don't know why I'm receiving this Silver Star and not the others. The truth is, we all deserve this so instead of me receiving this, we all receive this. I will accept this on behalf of all of the fallen and all of the wounded, and even all of the ones still fighting because those are the bravest of them all. The ones still fighting. I didn't want to go back. I couldn't bear leaving my wife and kids, but now I never have to go back. This is it for me, and I'm glad that I could bring back most of my troop too. Thank you, to all of the soldiers still fighting and to everyone who was wounded or killed and especially to the families. That's it." Jay stated.

Everyone clapped as the Silver Star was placed on his uniform. Erin kissed him and his kids hugged him.

"That was very kind of you. And that definitely deserves a reward, don't you think?" Erin teased.

"Oh, a very good one." Jay agreed.

"Let's go. Your brother has some big news for you, and there is also a welcome home party for you, and we can't miss that." Erin rushed. "I love you."

"I love you, too. And I also love you guys!" Jay exclaimed.

"We love you, too, Daddy!" Nicole, Noah, and Shay all cheered simultaneously.

"That was an exciting night!" Jay laughed, exhausted.

"Yes, it was." Erin agreed.

"I can't believe my brother and Natalie are having another kid." Jay stated. "Personally, I think that two is enough. But I love all three of our children. Don't ever doubt that."

"I don't. But you don't want any more kids?" Erin asked.

"No. But if it were to happen, accidentally, I'd be happy."Jay confessed.

"Oh, okay," Erin sighed.

"Why do you ask?" Jay asked.

"No reason." Erin answered.

"You're not pregnant, again, are you?" Jay asked.
