"It hurts," she cried out.

"Erin, we're almost there, five more minutes. Can you do that for me? Five minutes?" Natalie soothed.

"I, I'll try..." Erin wiped her tears off of her face.

"Good, okay. We're almost there. It's okay. Everything will be okay." She comforted Erin.

As they arrived at the hospital, they went inside to a private room. Natalie pulled in an ultrasound machine and hooked it up. Natalie did an ultrasound on Erin.

"Your babies are okay." Natalie smiled.

"Babies?" Erin mumbled.

"Yes. It seems that you body was just adjusting to twins instead of just one baby. Everything is fine. You're okay. I'll print out a couple copies, okay?" Erin nodded. "Okay. You want me to give one to Jay? And maybe tell him about the twins?" Erin nodded again.

"I just wish he were here." Erin sobbed. Natalie pulled her into a hug.

"Can I tell you something?" Natalie asked.

"Mhm." She sniffled.

"Jay said he's done with you. He said he wants the kids but not you. But I'm always here for you, even when he isn't."

"Thanks. At least I know. It's okay. I've come to peace now. Our relationship is, well, it's over, now." She wiped her tears. "I'll take two copies and you can have one if you want but I do want Jay to have one."

"Even after....this?"

"Yes." Erin responded.

"Okay. I'll let him know. Would you like me to take you home?" Natalie asked.

"No, I need some fresh air, I think I'll walk." Erin got up, holding her two copies of the ultrasound and walked outside. She walked for maybe and hour or so and finally stopped by the precinct.

"Hey Erin. Long time, no see." Ruzek joked. Erin didn't crack a smile though. "You okay?"

"Yeah, but I gotta talk to Hank, leave me alone." She said, serious.

"Hank, I've gotta tell you something. Well show you." She placed the picture on his desk and let it speak for her. Slowly tears started to fall from her eyes.

"Erin, are you.." He looked up. " Come here." He stood and let Erin cry into his shoulder. Soon Antonio saw and he came in and tried to comfort Erin. After that, Al, Mouse, Ruzek and Atwater. They all comforted her, and she knew this was her real family. Her forever one. Even if Jay wasn't there, she knew she'd always have these guys.

"I love you guys." She smiled.

"There's that smile." Ruzek laughed. "We love you too."

"Yeah." Antonio agreed.

"Damn right." Hank smiled and squeezed Erin a little bit tighter before letting her go.

"I guess now's a good time. I'm pregnant." Erin confessed. "With twins." She added.

"You can do this, Erin. You are a great mother, to these children you will be and to Shay you already are." Antonio comforted.

"Thanks." She went over to him and hugged him then left. Her forever family.
