Erin called Jay and had him come over.
"Hey, what's up?" Jay asked, stepping into her apartment.
"I have to tell you something and I really don't want you to freak out," she started. She winced and grabbed her stomach.
"You okay?" Jay concentrated on Erin's emotions.
"Yeah. So, I have to tell you something, just please don't get mad at me...I beg of you." Erin repeated.
"Okay, just tell me." Jay ordered kindly.
"I don't know how to say this. I'm having your baby, this is your baby..." She stated, wincing and grabbing her stomach once again.
"This is my baby! My baby, and you're eight months and I'm just now finding out!?" Jay shouted. "How could you----no, ya know what, just leave me alone." Jay yelled, storming out of the apartment.
Erin winced one more time before calling Hank. "Hank, it...it hurts." Erin cried.
"Okay, stay there, I'll be right over." Voight said. He hopped in his vehicle and turned the police sirens on. He rushed over to her apartment.
"I'm..." Her teeth clenched together, "not going anywhere." She tried to laugh but cried out instead.
"Just hang on." As Voight rushed to her door, it opened immediately. His eyes glanced over the broken glass and at the body laying on the ground. Erin.
Voight lifted Erin up and carried her to his car. He struggled at first, but finally got her in the backseat.
She didn't wake up until they actually got to Med.
"It looks like...hmm," Will started, "we need to take you into emergency c-section, your baby is in distress." He said calmly, ordering the nurses over near him. He stated what they were going to do.
Approximately an hour and a half later, Erin finally woke from her deep, deep sleep.
"Hey." Jay said, smiling.
"Mm, hi?" She breathed out.
"I'm sorry I stormed out, I want to be here for you, for this baby, I just wish I knew...I wish I knew." He stated.
"Is the baby, is it okay? Can I hold our baby?" Erin asked, her heartbreaking then rebuilding.
"First let me say something. I need you, and I...I still love you." Jay stated pressing his lips to hers.
Erin did the same and smiled. She was happy, he was happy. They were happy, their family was whole.
"We can't tell everyone about you being the father yet. Or that we are dating now..." Erin stated.
"Mhmm, I understand. Do you want to hold your son?" Jay asked walking over to him and lifting him up into his arms. Erin sat herself up, ready to hold him. Jay placed him into Erin's arms and slouched down into the chair next to her bed.
A family, once again, forever.
