It is important to know that Discretion is not the only story that follows this particular timeline. You guys should be aware of the fact that there is a Tyler Joseph story that I'm in the process of writing that mirrors this one and shares the difficulties and circumstances within this alternative universe. Tyler still plays a key role in this story, however, Discretion doesn't focus on Tyler or his character as much as the others, it is a Josh Dun fanfic after all. I do highly suggest that you read the parallel story to this one, Mr. Gullible, for it will allow you to experience the story's canon without requiring you to make inferences or leave with any unanswered questions. I cannot stress how important it is for the reader to understand the plot. You may, if you wish, read them independently.
For those of you interested in reading both, go ahead and continue to read Discretion first. Later on in the book I will mention when you should begin to read Mr. Gullible. Just read on and let me take care of it.
