Tears filled my eyes when I noticed that Carrie wasnt with me.

It had skipped my mind that I had to pick her up. I threw my things into the lounge knocking over the golden lamp with was now not beaming with light. I slammed the door and ran out of the gate and legged it for the school.

The time I got there I looked like a state, my heart was thudding like thunder like I had created my own little storm. I had one sock rolled up and the over one down. I looked like the typical conderella. All worn out and looking like a rag doll. I ran through the school gates and came face to face with Ms.Peters (Carri's teacher)

"Jess, what are you doing here?" She asked me

"Im here for Carrie?"

"WHAT. She went a while ago,  she told me that she could see you and left,"

"YOU SHOULDN'T OF LET HER OUT OF YOUR SIGHT!" I shakily said

I started to run around like a headless chicken, flapping my hands and everything in a frantic panick.

"What way did she go?" I asked getting unpatient

"That way," and she pointed towards the school gate.

'Omg im going to get a beating for this', I thought to myself I sprinted out the school and looked around, turning my head in every direction.

I saw a little alley-way and walked across the road. Using all my strength to keep my arms down I continued searching. I would peek over fences to see if she had gone to a neighbour. I would look in tree's and bushes and every nook and cranny around the alleyway. Considering this in an allyway at the back of peoples houses, its rather large.

Where is she? Why did she lie? What's happened to her? AHHHHH these questions nearly made me choke as to why am I thinking something bad had happened. 'Carrie I'm so sorry!'

Then suddenly I gasped and my jaw dropped open!
