Chapter 41

Poppy's P.O.V

We get to the O2 and Padge helps me outta the car and once everyone was outta the car, he locked it and held onto me going inside. I was in alot of pain but I didn't wanna let on cos I didn't want the guys last day here to be a bummer, so I put on a brave face. I sat with Olivia, Val, Michelle, Stephi and Charlotte while the Bullet boys had a jam with the boys. Michelle was kind enough to get me a drink cos she didn't want me doing too much, I was so grateful to her, she really has being a big help, especially when she don't know me at all. I guess she is just a kind hearted person, and I could see why Brian was madly in love with her. Us girls had a great chat about the boys and future plans and we all agreed to hook up for a girls weekend sometime in the future (Ofc in America, so the weekend will mean much more for myself, Olivia, Stephi and Charlotte)

Soon enough the gig started and Padge and the boys came over to get us to side stage, the boys even got me a seat so I would be able to relax better. Avatar as usual got things going, I must agree with Padge, they are a wonderful act and I am a fan for sure now. There song Let It Burn was def my fave. Time soon flew through Avatar's set and it was now FFDP turn to ignite the crowd. Ivan dedicated a song for me halfway through their set and dedicated their song Under and Over it for me. It made me smile and Padge held on to me tighter. Padge soon asked me if I was ok to drive back as he felt like some beers and I said it was no problem. So in a matter of the FFDP set, he must of downed at least 6 beers (Must of well needed them after the week we had). A7x took to the stage and straight away got the crowd to chant Poppy and dedicated Gunslinger to me. I let out some happy tears, realising how much I meant to the boys in the short time I knew them all.

Soon enough the gig was over and all 4 bands, myself, Olivia, Michelle, Val, Stephi and Charlotte were celebrating in the dressing room. One of the roadies took a big group photo of us all as a memento that we will all never forget, beers and wine were still flowing but myself, Olivia and Michelle stayed sober to drive the 3 cars back to Olivias place, even Avatar came back with us. More booze was consumed in the house and the rest of the girls all started drinking once they were settled. I went to kitchen to take my tablets and I was soon followed by Padge.

Padge: U ok babes?

Poppy: Yeah just have to take my tablets

Padge: Ah ok, U just seem down

Poppy: Yeah just missing out in the fun of drinking with ye guys but I guess I can hang with Ivan and Jeremy and be sober for a while

Padge: If that's ok?

Poppy: Has to be babes

Padge: U coming out for a smoke?

Poppy: Yeah just let me take this first and I will be out

Soon enough Ivan, Zacky, the 2 Matt's, Johnny and all of Avatar came outside for a smoke and I followed out with Padge who waited for me. Ivan quickly sat up and left me sit where he was sitting and I gave him a smile to say thanks. More drinks were had until everyone passed out in bed if they were lucky, the floor and the couches. Thankfully I got to sleep comfortable enough on the Luca couch with Ivan and Jeremy.

Next morning!

I woke up and everyone except Ivan was asleep, I went to get up and I winced in pain, Ivan helped me up and took me to kitchen over the Limp bodies on the floor so I could take my tablets again. We went outside for a smoke and a chat.

Ivan: U OK?

Poppy: Yeah still sore as hell, gonna take time to get over this

Ivan: Yeah I know, at least you have Padge to help you and you have no more looking over your shoulder
