Chapter 28

Matt's P.O.V

I woke up next morning and Evann was in our bed waiting for us to get up, he wanted to do something fun, even though we had rehearsals and a gig for next 2 days. I get him washed and dressed and leave Charlotte sleep a little while longer and leave a note for her to say I took Evann down for breakfast and I was bringing him off for some daddy and son time. We go in and get some pancakes for Evann and toast and coffee for myself. It was way early for the others to be up after their night of drinking, so it wasn't a surprise not to see anyone having their breakfast just yet.

Evann and myself finished our breakfast and I took him up to pay. We go to reception to see if anything nearby for kids to do. I spotted a pamphlet for a place called Rascals Family Fun Center, it had Laser Tag, Mini Bowling, Mini Golf and Arcades, I showed Evann and his eyes lit up. So we head to get a bus to go there. When we get there, I pay the entry fee for us both and we first play a game of laser tag, we played against 3 other father and son teams. Evann was well chuffed when we won. We went on to play mini golf next, it was dark and under water themed.

I soon got a phone call from Charlotte, she I presumed was just checking up on us.

Matt: Hey wifey, you OK?

Charlotte: Yeah, why didn't you wake me? I could have went with Ye!

Matt: U looked so peaceful sleeping, I thought you needed a lie in

Charlotte: Thank you

Matt: No problem, my credit card is in the bedside drawer, why don't you go shopping or take yourself down to the spa for an hour or two and enjoy a few hours to yourself

Charlotte: OK Stephi did ask me to go shopping so may aswell, where did you take Evann?

Matt: We down at a place called Rascals, we playing laser tag, mini golf, mini bowling and some arcades.

Charlotte: Wow OK enjoy daddy and son day and don't forget Ye have rehearsals earlier today, Moose said to say that Leland Chapman of Dog The Bounty Hunter is going with us on the bus with his two sons after the boys ran into him in a club last night

Matt: Wow OK cool, right better go, Evann getting impatient and wants to move on to next activity

Charlotte: OK love you

Matt: Love you too

So I hang up and then myself and Evann go play mini bowling. I let Evann beat me a couple of times. We then went into arcades and we play some air hockey, coin pushers, basketball hoops, motorbike and rally car racing and then on the Teddie bear machines, where we finally won a minion Teddie after about 20 tries. We go for some lunch soon after in the Rascals Castle Cafe and we have pizza and cola. We made our way to the bus back to the hotel as soon as we finished our lunch.

Poppy's P. O .V

I woke up and seeing that myself and Padge fell asleep fully clothed made me laugh, that was until I quickly made a run for the bathroom, I puked my heart and soul up. Padge must of heard me as he came flying into the bathroom after me.

Padge: Babe everything OK?

Poppy: I don't think the Whiskey agreed with me last night is all

Padge: Nothing else no?

Poppy: No I don't think so

Padge: You wanna go back to bed?

Poppy: No way, I'm going to the pool babes, need to work on this pale white Irish skin

Padge: Ha-ha if you insist
