Chapter 60

I woke up the next morning and I had a notion to get my Jack Skellington tattoo today so I got up quietly while others were still asleep and went to kitchen to take my tablets and put on the kettle, as soon as kettle was boiled I made a coffee and went outside with it and my cigarettes and my phone and text my local tattoo artist to see if he was free to do it today, he text me straight away and said he can fit me in so long as I come in and be done before his 1pm appointments so I said I be in about 11:30 if that was OK and he agreed. I finish up my coffee and my cigarette and I go back inside and feed Ozzy and Morticia. Charlotte and Evann were awake now and came into the kitchen for their breakfast, I told Charlotte I was going to get my new tattoo today and she was delighted, she went to make their breakfast while I went upstairs and got showered, I make an attempt at shaving my legs but it fucking hurt like hell to bend down, so I decided once I got out of the shower I would wear something that didn't show any leg.

So I get outta the shower and put on my cocoa butter moisturiser again and get dressed into black jeggings and my pug socks with my Doc Martin boots, I paired it with a skull vest top and a short sleeve cardigan. I go downstairs again where Olivia and Stephi were awake and have started putting the living room back to normal. I helped bring the quilts and pillows back upstairs. My phone rang while remaking my bed.

Poppy: Hello

Padge: Hey babes, I didn't wake U did I?

Poppy: No babes, I'm up a while now and showered and dressed ha-ha

Padge: Ah good, what your plans today?

Poppy: Have no idea Babe

Padge: I miss U

Poppy: Miss U too

Padge: Wish you were here

Poppy: Me too babes, won't be long hopefully

Padge: Yeah hopefully, cos I really want you here for the New York gig

Poppy: Fingers and Toes crossed, Zacky face timed me last night

Padge: Oh how is he?

Poppy: All good, told me he has new girlfriend now called Meaghan and the lads are coming over for Download even though they not playing!

Padge: Oh sweet

Poppy: Offered my new apartment to them for it

Padge: Ah Babe, you're too good

Poppy: They going to Ur Cali gig too

Padge: Awesome drinking so with them and Dave Grohl

Poppy: Def hope I can go now haha

Padge: Aww babes I have to go now for soundcheck, I ring again after the gig if that's OK

Poppy: Ofc it is babes

Padge: Good stuff, I love you

Poppy: Love you too babes, talk soon

So I hang up and get a bag ready for the gym and head downstairs. I grab my purse and car keys and I asked if the girls needed to go anywhere as I'm going into town!

Charlotte: Yeah you mind if I take Evann in for some new clothes

Poppy: Not at all

Olivia: Where you going Missy?

Poppy: Have appointment for new tattoo at 11:30 but I'm off to the gym for a swim first

Olivia: Oh nice, mind if I tag along for swim too?
