Officer Bella Blanca peeked out of cover to plug two bullets into the chest of a gangster. A fatal wound. The remaining two turned to shoot her, and the moment they did, Octavia took her turn to drop another with three shots to the torso.
The last gangster, his eyes dead as though he had no soul, hunkered down behind cover. Reloading his submachinegun, he blindfired in Octavia's general direction, keeping her pinned down.
Bella reloaded her pistol as she planned her route to flank the remaining gunman to support her new partner. Something didn't feel right, however.
