Ryan smacked aside Rolf's huge blade, flourished with his sword to deflect Kayden's precise automatic fire, then stepped back a few paces.

He had been counting Kayden's shots from the time he had last reloaded. For himself and the gunslinger, time was slow, and they could percieve the slightest detail at any fraction of time. For Ryan, he used the ability to percieve every facet an opponent's next move. For Kayden, it allowed him to track every object in motion, including his own weaponry, and allowed him to never miss a shot.
