Nine[] Ok

Jae's pov

"Ready?" I asked the boys as I walked out from my room.

They nodded and went to my car.

"I don't know how this will work but... let's try it." I said.

We all tried the fit but it...it didn't work.

"I guess we're walking." S.coups said trying to get out the car.

__time skip__

"WE MADE IT!!" Dino yelled after a long walk to the furniture store.

I smiled and looked at Vernon. I caught him staring at me.

"Uh.. Vernon? You ok there?" I asked him.

He shook his head and nodded.

"Sorry, I was.... thinking.." He said

That was a lie.

I smiled and went inside.

"OK guys we need a TV for the living room and place to put the tv. Okay?" I asked turning around when I noticed they already left.

"Really?" I sighed.

"Hey I'm still here." Mingyu said. "Thanks Ming!" I said hugging him.

We walked around looking for a TV and trying to find the bus at the same time.

"So do you miss your family?" Mingyu asked me all of a sudden.

"Um.. yea I guess so. I miss my friends the most though. They were always there for me. And I don't know I just.. miss that." I said not making eye contact because I would cry if I did.

He must had read my mind.

"It's ok if you need to cry." He said rubbing my back.

'Oh my god I love back rubs.. ugh..'

"I'm guessing you like that." He said smiling at me.

"Can you read my mind?" I asked as he grabbed me and hugged me rubbing my back.

I closed my eyes and a tear came out.

"It's alright. Cry."

I bawled.

"I..I miss them...so much.." I said through my tears.

"Woah woah woah what's wrong?" I remember that voice.

Vernon.

Immediately let go of Mingyu and turned to face Vernon looking down.

"I was comforting her. She misses her friends." Mingyu said getting defensive.

I looked up.

'What is happening right now?'

"You shouldn't make her cry. You should made her smile." Vernon said getting a step closer to Mingyu.

I stepped between them.

"Guys I like this tv." I said pointing at one.

"We can get it. I'll carry it up front ok? You find a stand for it." Mingyu said picking one up in the box and leaving.

"Really? Tell me you guys weren't because of me." I said to Vernon facing him.

GOD THOSE EYES. IT'S TOO MUCH.

"No, I just didn't want you to be sad. I like when you smile not cry." He said smiling.

I had to smile back at him.

__time skip__

We all made it home safely and we were all tired.

12:30pm

"Guys, seriously you guys are the best but you guys really need to go home. I haven't even arranged my room and tomorrow is school. You all have my number if you need anything just call or text me, but for now leave." I said pushing them all out the door.

They all groaned. "BYE JAE!!" They said.

"Vernon!!" I yelled for him.

He came running back.

"Here. It's a key for here if need anything text me first before you come over. Okay?" I said to him.

"Okay goodnight Jae. See you tomorrow." He said kissing my forehead.

I felt my face heat up. But I smiled.

"Ok."
