9- Haleys Party

Jaden and I were rushing to get home so we could get ready for Haley's party. We both had to shower since we were coming from soccer practice.
Lottie said to just wear casual clothes and to bring swimsuits for the party. But, Lottie's definition of casual isn't mine. I think casual is a T-shirt and jeans. But I would be extremely undressed if I wore that.

Lottie told me she was gonna wear a nude pink summer dress. Haley said she was wearing a dress too. But frenchie and Adey said they are wearing summer outfits because Hayley lives in a beach house. So I just decided on fancier shorts and a decent looking spaghetti strap top that showed some mid drift.

When we got back to my house we quickly showered and got dressed. Jaden was wearing black shorts and a beige tank top.

Seth was driving us to Haley's party. Jorge was just gonna meet us there.

We parked on the street outside Hayley's house. It was pretty big for only housing one person. But it was directly on the beach. We also brought our swimsuits too. I just brought a white ruffled bikini since i knew I didn't need to impress anyone tonight.

"Hunter! So glad you made it, was it easy to find?" Haley asked hugging us. I nodded.

"Okay well everyone's outback, do you guys want cake?" Haley asked us.

"Yes please!" Seth said excitedly.

"Sure" Jaden said speaking for me as well.

"Great I'll be right back then!" Haley said walking off. I heard a small screech.

"Hunter, you look cute!" Lottie said running towards me. She was wearing a a swimsuit and a cover up dress.

"Come get in the water, it feels great." She said to me.

"Maybe later." I said.

"Oh okay" she said. She saw Jaden and looked at me again.

"Oh, this is my best friend Jaden, and Jaden this is Lottie." I said introducing them. Jaden went in for a hand shake and but got a hug from Lottie. I laughed at jadens surprised face.

"OK, well I'm gonna go back outside. Lovely to meet you Jaden." Lottie said, turning on her heel and heading towards the beach.

"Hunter!" Seth called out to me. He was in the kitchen with Haley. Jaden and I walked over and Haley handed us some cake. As I was about to take a bite, I almost crawled up into a ball and died. I saw Harry walk in with his gang and there girlfriends. I put my cake back down and stared wide eyed at them.

What?! Why are they here? They aren't supposed to be here! He's not supposed to be here!

My face began to burn from embarrassment and fear. I nudged Jaden who then turned around.

"You said he wasn't gonna to be here!" Jaden said slapping my arm.

"Who?" Haley asked worried.

"Lottie said Harry wasn't coming." I told Haley. She laughed.

"Oh yeah, he originally wasn't going to, but he changed his mind last minute." Haley said as if it were nothing. But it was something. I can't be here!

I turned to Seth.

"We have to go!" I whisper yelled in his ear. Then he looked at me when he heard what I said.

"Why? Jorge isn't even here yet?" Seth argued.

"Its complicated, but we have to go now!" I told him.

"No, we just got here!" Seth said angry.

I loudly groaned. I looked at Jaden worried. I mouthed what are we gonna do. She shrugged.

"Hey Kohls!" I heard Jorge yell from across the room. He just arrived. He was waving at us. I quickly glanced at harry. I watched him look at Jorge and furrow his brows and flare his nostrils. His jaw clenched as he slowly turned to look at me. Before our eyes met I looked away from harry.

"Fuck, harry looks angry!" I whispered to Jaden.

"We can't leave now!" Jaden whispered back to me.

"What's wrong?" Haley asked us noticing us whispering to each other.

"Nothing" I said ceasing our whispers.

"Just ignore him! He ignored you." Jaden said to me after Haley left us.
I nodded in agreement.

"Hey man what took you so long?" Seth said as he hugged Jorge.

"Aye the place was hard to find. Hola Hunter. Hola Jaden." Jorge said in his Mexican accent.

"Hi Jorge." I said hugging him. He clearly wasn't expecting it because he froze in shock then rapidly hugged me back. I broke our contact and he looked at me smiling. I smiled back at him.

"Let's go outside now." Jaden said. We went outback to the beach and spotted Lottie with Adey. Adey waved at us. I introduced Adey to Jaden.

"Any friend of Hunter is a friend of mine!" Adey said shaking hands with Jaden. Adey was in a one piece swimsuit that said life guard on it.

"Are y'all planning on swimming too?" Adey asked us.

"Yeah, I've just got to go change. I don't really like this swimsuit anymore." Lottie said.

"Yea, us too." I said also. We followed Lottie in the house and up the stairs. As we walked by a room, I swear I heard soft muffled moaning from inside. We all stopped in front of the door and giggled silently for a few moments.

 Lottie led us to Haley's room where we got changed into our swimsuits.

"Hey, did you know Harry came?" I asked Lottie. She nodded.

"Well I saw Gigi so I assumed they all showed up. What are you thinking about doing?" Lottie asked.

"I was just gonna ingnore him." I said shrugging my shoulders.

"No, don't do that. He'll get mad and cause a scene." Lottie told me.

"But he ignored her!" Jaden said.

"Yes, but don't ignore him if he tries to talk to you." Lottie told me.

"What am I suppose to say?" I asked.

"What ever you need to." Lottie said.
