Its been almost a month. I and my best friend worked really hard for the fitness contest. Ember and Alex have also been selected for the "Valentines Day Special Inter College Fest" I wanted to be a part of this contest along with Alex, but....... Ember is also my best friend and just cause of this contest I don't want to drown our friendship, all I wish is they win.
I don't understand this weird feeling. Am I jealous of Em or getting really possessive about Alex?!? I am just overthinking... Stop it Lauren! I say to myself. I'll go to meet Ember. I should wish Ember good luck for the contest!
Ember must be in the gym obviously she is being really focused. She does not care about the V'day contest and Alex and Ember hate each other, how on earth will they even win this contest?!!! They can't even stand a second with each other. It's really a big question on why did Professor Walter choose them for this fest. God is this even gonna work out? hmmm.. tired thinking about all of this
*At the gym*
Ember is on the thread mill, she is all sweaty and ufff she's a goddess I swear...... any guy would dream of owning Ember she is so beautiful and fit. gosh!!... looking at her figure I would give her a 10 on 10. She really looks perfect now.....oh my thinking of the old Ember and now she has changed a lot. Really! hard work pays off. I get Ember a protein shake.... "Here Ember your protein shake! " Ember stops the thread mill and gets of it "Hey Lauren" she says and then takes a towel to wipe of her sweat. " I made this protein shake for you" I say happily " Oh thank you so much Lauren. Do you wanna do some push ups along with me, tomorrow in the fitness contest?" She says in between breathes "yea sure " I say back. We start doing push ups and the most worst part about doing this is I get tired easily and Ember eventually wins. "Hey Ember I am sure your gonna win the fitness contest!! but..... " I pause hoping she understands what I mean "but what Lauren ? " she says looking at me doing push ups "What about your Valentine's day contest? You and Alex are suppose to perform right?"
Hearing this Ember looks at me with wide open eyes " Honestly Lauren, I am not sure what we are going to do for the Valentine's Day contest. I guess we will be disqualified in the first round. I mean when we begin to practice the dance, he comments on my looks and then goes on and flirts with some other girls. He is never serious and all the quiz questions he turned it into some kind of commentary....more over we keep on fighting over everything. Nothing seems to be in place with this Valentine's day contest." She tells and I see she is really disappointed. And Alex what is his great need of flirting but poor Ember. I really do understand Alex and Ember always keep fighting but I don't understand why did Prof. Walter put them as partners that's the big question and its annoying the crap out of me!!??! I just hope for the best.
*after a while*
The peon comes inside the gym "Ember! Prof. Walter wants to see you in his cabin." He says. Wonder what is gonna happen now "okay I need to go, bye! " Ember says and starts to leave. The peon turns toward me " Are you Lauren?" " ahh..yess! what is it?"
"Prof. Walter also wants you in his cabin" I was kind of nervous because back in school the teacher would always call me if I did something wrong and never for a good thing. Anyways why does he want me? Is he gonna replace me with Ember? At least they won't fight and I get to dance with my Prince charming. If that's the case I am really happy and I go along with Ember to professor Walter's cabinet.
Ember's pov:
Why is Prof. Walter calling us? I hope he doesn't get annoyed at me for not practicing with Alex. I am really done with that fella!

As I enter I see Prof Walter looking really upset. What is gonna happen to you Ember.. Alex was also in the room along with Wayne and three other guys.....Oh crap! Utter crap! I knew something bad is going to happen! Oh lord! Please save me!!!!
