Chp 31 - I hate to hate you! (part 1)

Embers pov :

"Hey there! Don't mind I just found your clothes too useless so I kept my clothes" Alice sassily speaks. Well! Now it's a hell to me.

"Alice......I mean ex girlfriend of Alex if you find our clothes cheap then I definitely find your clothes with cringe worthy" Lauren scoffs. And we pick up our clothes. I don't say anything because this was expected that she will be here

**Flashback to lunch time**

After the fourth period gets over its lunch time and as usual we got to get our lunch and I see Alice flirting with Ben and whatever.
Alex keeps rolling his eyes but clearly he's hurt.

In order to avoid more drama I sit farther away from my usual group along with Lauren. To my dismay, simon drags me and Lauren to sit with them which makes it more awkward and specially Lauren.
I quickly gulp down my juice and stuff the bread in my mouth when I get a pat on my back only to see Prof. Walter. I immediately stand up adjusting my self at the sudden appearance of prof. Walter.

"I want to have a little conversation with you Ms. Ember Brooke Wilson. Do you have a minute?" He asks. My mind is blank that I don't know if I really have time. I mean not that I'm like extremely busy but I need to do some work for Ms. O'leerys class which I sadly did not do so I was going to do it during lunch. Shucks! What do I do??

After a little battle in my mind I agreed and he asks me to meet him at his office. After he leaves everyone asks me why but I just shrug it off.

I throw away the trash and tell lauren that I will meet her in the next period. I then go to meet prof. Walter.

"Take a seat Ms. Ember Brooke Wilson" he says. Shucks! What's with him calling me by my full name all the time ! I'm sick of my own name now.

We remain silent for a couple of minutes until there is a knock on the door only to reveal Alice. Already enough trouble now shes already here.

"Hey! Prof. Walter" she waves. Wow she is bold she didn't even worry about getting yelled at after being so cool about the greet.

"Have some manners Alice! Also I never told you to come. Why are you here?" Prof. Walter almost yells but again cools down.

"Just figured you need me"rolling her eyes she sits beside me takes the nail cutter and starts to chop her nails. Umm...... WTH!!

"Okay so back to the topic I've been wanting to discuss with you" he pauses and gives a 'I'm-having-no-clue-what-to-do-with-you' look to Alice and resumes "we will have a lot of changes in the health camp and I want everything to be perfect so I've decided to erase all the crap in my project and by crap I mean the useless drama which seems to be the center of attraction rather than studying medicine and helping people which should actually be the main target but is not unfortunately" that was a long presidents speech y'all! He then tells us all about the camp and all the 'trash' he finds out about us. I wonder if he like installed a tracker that he knows everything about us. I'm scared now!!

"You may leave now and don't forget to work for it I've already talked with the boys and you weren't available to talk so I did talk to you now. And don't come to my room until I tell you to Alice" she just rolls her eyes and takes the peppermint from professors bowl and eats it. Like what??! Is she the president of this uni because she acts like one! Shes one freaking' disgusting and spoilt brat. Now it all makes sense as to why Alex left .......wait did she leave Alex or Alex left her??! Ughhh! Why do I even bother!!!

"And Alice will be your new room mate" prof. Walter tells when we're about to get out. My eyes widen from shock!! Why??!?!?!why her??!

I see a smirk appear on Alice as she walks out first leaving me dumbfolded.
