I think I'm going to do something sort of like what I saw IzzyBlueburryPie doing on her rant book (she takes songs and writes her favorite lyrics from them)
I'm going to do it a bit differently, though.
I'm going to pick fifteen of my favorite songs and say my favorite lyric from them
Let's begin :)
1. "Lions!" by LIGHTS: I'm learning how to get up off my knees, and all it takes is practice
2. "Savior" by LIGHTS: sooner than later, I'll need a savior
3. "Meteorites" by LIGHTS: both of us are leaving town when we get old enough
4. "Pretend" by LIGHTS: yeah, when fights were for fun, we had water in guns, and a place we could call our own
5. "Ice" by LIGHTS: I tried to do you right, why'd you have to go and turn to ice
6. "Love Again" by Pentatonix: just to think that I had dried those tears from your face
7. "Aha!" by Pentatonix: eat, sleep, and breathe it you're full of the stuff, go back and tie it up tight
8. "Demons" by Imagine Dragons: no matter what we breed, we still are made of greed
9. "Anywhere But Here" by Christina Aguilera: no need for distance, no need for touch. no need for answers, 'cause I've heard enough
10. "Oath" by Cher Lloyd: wherever you go, just always remember that you got a home for now and forever, and if you get low, just call me whenever. this is my oath to you
11. "Jar of Hearts" by Christina Perri: I learned to live half alive and now you want me one more time
12. "Dollhouse" by Melanie Martinez: everyone thinks that we're perfect. please don't let them look through the curtains
13. "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen: I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all
14. "Big Girls Don't Cry" by Fergie: it's time to be a big girl now, and big girls don't cry
15. "Cracked" by Pentatonix: your halo's gone and all I see is horns, and a heart that's still intact
