Dave's POV

Finally the day has come. Today Abhinay has to leave. The purpose of his visit to this home was over. But he was not mentioning anything about leaving today.

Before I entered his room, I heard him whistling a romantic Tamil song. I went in and got the sight of him lying on the bed, his hands to support his head and whistling.

" Oye!! Are you resting here?"

He smiled at me and started humming some other song.

" Abhinay.. I'm talking to you only. "

He stopped humming and rose up from the bed.

" What's up Dave?"

" You didn't pack yet? Don't you remember that you've to leave today? "

" I do remember. But I'm not leaving. "

" Why are you not leaving? You've to get back to your work."

" Hereafter my work is to make Angel fall for me. "

This idiot is really becoming a headache to me.

" Enough joking around Abhinay. You're leaving today. No more blabbering. "

I said him strictly.

" Oh my... What's your problem Dave?"

" No problem for me. Dr. Wesley called me few minutes back. He asked about your return. "

" I'll talk to Dr. Wesley. I'll tell him that I'll stay with you until you leave and serve these people."

Ahh!! He is irritating me.

" He won't allow you to stay here. "

" Dave, let him say that. Before I leave from this place, Angel will be mine. "

" You can't do that. She's not like any other girls you've met. "

" Yes, she's not like other girl but still she is a girl. That's enough to fall for my charm."

He is making me angry. How could he talk like this to me?

" You're mistaken Abhinay. Don't mess with her. Show your playboy attitude to someone else, not to Angel. "

He clapped his hands and laughed like a maniac.

" Dave.. Dave.. Aahh!! I couldn't stop laughing. Is this a warning?"

" Yes, if you think so. So better leave now. This is not the right place to showcase your play. "

He kept his hands on either sides of his waist and looked at me keenly.

" I don't understand man. What's your problem? You're behaving as such you're the guardian of Angel. "

" Think whatever you want. But until I'm here, I'll never allow you to get near to her or to hurt her. "

He laughed out again and intertwined his hands over his chest.

" Hey.. You.. You don't like girls and you never once intruded yourself in girls matter. Even when I tried to flirt with the nurses or the patients in our hospital, you didn't mind that. But now, for this girl living in the orphanage, you're acting like a hero."

Yes, because she's my heroine and I'll save her from you, the villain.

" Enough talking rubbish Abhinay. Stop annoying that girl and leave now. "

" No way Dave. You cannot stop me from getting close to her. She is MINE."

He said sternly stressing the word 'mine'.
