"And none of you...fainted or anything?!" Harry asked, with a look of shame on his face.
"No. Ginny was shaking like mad, though." Ron said, trying to reassure Harry.
"I'm sure it's nothing too bad, Harry." Hermione told him.
"I'll be back in a moment, I need to have a word with the conductor. Here you go, Harry, have some chocolate. You too, Saph." Remus said, breaking off two pieces of delicious chocolate. I was really cold, and suddenly a bit...depressed.
"Oh don't worry, I haven't poisoned it. Now eat up, you'll feel better." Remus said to Harry before turning to me. "Saph, would you like to come with me?" I nodded and stood up, so we left the compartment.
"Trust me. You'll feel much better if you eat the chocolate...Star." He told me. I rolled my eyes and took a small bite. Surprisingly enough, it felt as if though heat spread through my body, and I suddenly feel happier and just better. However, there was something else - him calling me Star. My marauder nickname. At some point, we changed it from Starfire to Star. And it didn't make sense for him to just bring it back.
"As good as it is, the kids will think you're obsessed with chocolate." I laughed, pretending I didn't hear him. What if it was a mistake that he said it? As if he just thought of the past and sort of said it accidentally?
"No no, Harry will tell them about its effect." He waved his arm dismissively. There, he probably called me Star accidentally.
"Let's hope." I smiled, but it slowly faded. "Rem...that dementor...it - it - I heard a scream. A familiar one. What do you think that means?!"
"That's not quite normal." Most things are abnormal, I thought to myself. "There's a reason, of course, the dementors opened our compartment, as they look for Sirius. But tell me this, how is it that you did not conjure up a Patronus? It was the right time." He inquired.
"I couldn't. The dementor threw me off track. Lucky you saved the day, huh?"
"Yeah." He chuckled, rather nervously. "Oh lucky me."
After Remus spoke to he conductor, we went back to the compartment, and an awkward silence filled up the room between us and the kids. Like they knew something the two of us didn't.
Luckily, the train came to a halt shortly after and everyone exited the Express. The first years went with Hagrid and everyone else went on the carriages.
I wonder how Remus feels to be back here.

I eagerly waited for the Sorting to be over. See, Dumbledore let me sing as a welcome to the Hogwarts students, instead of the "Hoggy Hoggy Hogwarts" song. That was, evidently, starting to annoy some people.
"And now, Sapphire here would like to welcome you all to Hogwarts with a few words and a song." The headmaster said at his podium. The students looked confused - a song?
I stepped up to where Dumbledore stood, but the podium vanished.
"As said, I welcome the first years to Hogwarts, as well as everybody else back to Hogwarts." I spoke. "So, uhm, here is a song called Ghost. I wrote it pretty recently." I took a deep breath and sang.(Ghost- Halsey)
"I'm searching for something that I can't reach
I don't like them innocent
I don't want no face fresh
Want them wearing leather
Begging, let me be your taste testI like the sad eyes, bad guys
Mouth full of white lies
Kiss me in the corridor,
But quick to tell me goodbyeYou say that you're no good for me
Cause I'm always tugging at your sleeve
And I swear I hate you when you leave
But I like it anywayMy ghost
Where'd you go?
I can't find you in the body sleeping next to me
My ghost
Where'd you go?
What happened to the soul that you used to be?"I continued through the song, thinking about Sirius, for who else would the song be about? Throughout the song, I saw Remus smiling and I could have sworn Severus almost half-smiled, though that seems impossible.
When I finished, I heard applause coming. Happiness washed over me and I smiled at everybody.
Now I wonder...this might be a pretty good year. As I sat down at the staff table, I saw a hint of a dementor outside.
My happiness soon faded. My own husband is in - well - was in Azkaban since he escaped. He's wanted by the Ministry.
Forget the idea of a good year.
A single tear slipped and rolled down my cheek.
And I just watched everyone talking, laughing, and eating.
One person snapped me out of my thoughts.
"It was a really good song. It's about Sirius isn't it?"
I turned to him after wiping the tear away.
"Yeah. I wrote it about him. When they took him away."
"I'm so sor-"
"Sorry. I know, but, it's not your fault. Lighten up, Remus."
"I could say the same for you."
