It's been decided, and how happy we all were. 12 Grimmauld Place was to be occupied once more, now that Sirius was going to be proven innocent. No more living in Diagon Alley, of course, and considering the status of our relation to Harry, we can take him in. That is what godparents do, right? Autumn was extremely excited to have one of her best friends living with us, and I was joyful to have our family back together, though there was a knot in my stomach telling me that something will go wrong, and being a seer may prove that to be right. I sure hope not. I looked up at the starry sky and saw the beautiful full moon lighting the Hogwarts grounds.
"Crap. Remus." I walked over quickly towards him and grabbed the Wolfsbane potion out of my pocket. Before I can open it and give it to Remus, his silhouette growing.
"Run." Sirius said, but they couldn't. Not Harry, loyal to Ron, who was chained to Peter and Remus, who was beginning to transform.
"Sirius, what the hell do we do?" I muttered to him.
"Harry, Autumn, Hermione, leave it us and run." He said grimly. I wasn't sure if they had listened to him because I had instead begun to transform. The reddish fur consumed me quickly and my hearing has gotten better. I'd hoped Peter wouldn't transform as well, for he was meant to be imprisoned by the chains, but I, of course, hoped hopelessly. Peter scurried somewhere. I wasn't paying much attention to Pettigrew, but more at the major scratches on Sirius' back. I began to walk over to comfort him, but instead, was faced with the werewolf. I ran past him but heard a loud growl and gulped. Nonononononono was all that ran through my head. He lunged towards me and I yelped, Sirius pushing me sideways and away from the wolf, who was growling quite loudly. I had played a game of tag with the werewolf, not that it was fun, anyway, but required for survival. Transformation nearing to an end, I heard a whimper of a human, but couldn't gather the strength to look. Instead, I noticed the werewolf becoming more calm, becoming less tough on my fox self. I had left the large figure in the gray fur to run to where the whimpers came from, and found myself face to face with Harry, Autumn, and Hermione, once I transformed back into myself, of course.
I noticed dementors, those horrible creatures that suck the happiness out of you, or in this case, Sirius. I looked for my wand frantically, breathing heavily. They were not going to hollow out my husband. I grasped it, but the words came out of Harry's mouth rather than mine.
"Expecto Patronum.." He muttered. He tried harder and louder, and tried and tried, when a silver wisp of light finally came along. It was working, driving away the dementors, but not for long. Instead, the wisp of light died out, and Harry fell to the floor. I was about to chant the spell, when again, another silver light approached, from across the lake area. It was extremely strong, and everything was nice and warm again. I hugged Sirius tightly, but looked at the source of the Patronus. The person, in all craziness, looked like James Potter. No...no it wasn't possible. He died, I'd grieved for years about it.
It wasn't possible...right?
I sat on the grass, hugging Sirius tighter still, and waiting for Remus, waiting for everything to get back to normal.
A/N: more of a filler after the 3000 word chapter lmao but yeah! You know what to do <3 Love you all!
