Chapter 21

Jj's POV

I feel sore. Parang ang bigat bigat ng katawan ko. I stretched out my arms and heard someone chuckle.

Agad kong binuksan yung mga mata ko. I saw Glen standing in front of the foot of the bed na may dala dalang tray.

He was topless and was only wearing a dark blue sweatpants. G.od his abs made my day. I think busog nako for breakfast!

"Matutunaw nako" taas kilay niyang tingin sakin. S.hit I've been staring for a long time. I blushed. I remembered what happened and omg! Nahiya ako lalo.

Kinuha ko yung kumot at niyakap sa dibdib ko. I am naked under these sheets and I can't even look at him.

"Hey. What's wrong?" He scooted over me and placed the food tray on the side table. Using his index finger to lift my chin up.

"Wala.. its just.." bago ko pa tapusin he kissed me. Agad agad ko siyang itinulak. Sabay takip sa bibig.

"Hahaha! Oo nga pala! I remember. Ganun ka padin pala? You hate kissing someone without brushing your teeth?" I blushed even more and couldn't smile at him.

"Are you shy?" Tanong nito

"Im not. Nakakapanibago lang" tipid kong sabi.

"You should eat. I made you breakfast" he carried the tray on his lap and I peeked over to see what he prepared. Wow! Bacon and eggs. Just my kind of morning.

"Hungry?" I nodded.

Glen's POV

After breakfast I had to drive Jennifer back to Anna's apartment. Kailangan ko kasing pumunta ng opisina. Icacancel ko pa yung flight ko. And I had other stuff to settle.

This morning was not like any other morning. It was different. Special. I smiled while I was driving myself to work. Hindi ko mapigilang hindi isipin yung nangyari samin ni Jennifer. Sakin na ulit siya.

"I'd like you to rent the whole place for tonight. Make this reservation special" sabi ko sa secretary ko.

"Sige sir." Sagot nito at pinaalis ko na.

Kinapa ko yung bulsa ng suot kong suit and I brought out the ring I've been keeping for Jennifer. Kinuha ko ito 2 years ago pa. This used to be my mothers ring. But she passed away.

I was planning on proposing to her tonight. I hope. I just hope she'd say yes.

Jj's POV

"Look who decided to show up" skeptical na sabi ni Anna.

"Haha. Hi mom!" Biro ko sakanya at naupo ako sa sofa sa tabi ni Gwen.

"I smell sex" sabi nito tska hinampas ko sa kanya yung unan.

"Guilty ang lola niyo" pakunyaring shocked na sabi naman ni Aries.

"So, nasan na yung cellphone ko aber?" Tanong ni Anna.

"Ay oo nga pla! Haha! Here. Sorry about that" paumanhin ko habang inaabot sakanya yung cellphone niya galing sa purse ko.

"So.. kwento kana" tinignan ko silang tatlo na focused masyado saakin. Wala nakong takas. Di sinabi ko na. Haha!

Pumunta kaming mall para magshopping at kumain na din ng late lunch. I also had to buy myself a new phone kasi hindi pwede yung phone ko dito. Sa dubai ko nabili di pala openline.

Habang tumitingin ako ng mobile phones nagtitingin din silang tatlo. Pero sa tingin ko yung sales guy na mukhang chinito ang pinagpyepyestahan ng mga mata nila. Napatawa nalang ako mag isa.

"Sa tingin niyo guys, worth it ba tong price ng Iphone 6? Parang mahal" sabi ko habang nakatingin padin sa glass display.

"If you'd like to take a lot of pictures with it then I think it will be worth it" sabi ng isang boses ng lalaki. Nanlaki yung mga mata ko. Tinignan ko agad yung nagsalita.

"Hi" sabi ni Glen with a smile. I felt like ice cream na natutunaw in a hot summer day.

"Hey." Wala akong masabi dahil hindi ko siya inexpect na makita dito. And wala naman akong sinabi na mag mamall ako. Napaisip ako kung pano niy natunton kung nasan ako at napatingin nalang ako kila Anna. Naka-smirk sila. Ngumiti nalang ako.

"Magdate daw kayo. May lakad kasi kami. Ba-bye!" Sabay takbo ng tatlong makukulit na kaibigan ko.

Di man lang ako bineso. Bumalik ang attensyon ko kay Glen. Ang lapit namin sa isa't-isa. I can feel how warm his body is near me.

"Done staring? Should we buy you a phone?" Nagsmirk ito tska tumingin sa mga displayed cellphones. Pinakuha niya yung Iphone at nakatunganga nalang ako.

"We have different colors pa po. Depending on the availability that we have on hand" sabi nung sales lady.

"Pwede bang ipa-customize?" Tanong ni Glen na tumanaw muna sakin para isenyas siguro kung gusto ko yun.

Tumango naman ako tsaka namin pinagpilian yung mga designs na meron sila.

After a long day of fighting between shops at the mall I decided to call it a day. My feet were killing me. Hindi ko naman inexpect na strolling ang kakahantungan ko ngayon. Nag heels tuloy ako.

"Tired?" Nahalata na siguro ni Glen ang nararamdaman ko. Tumango nalang ako. I plastered a small warm smile across my face.

I feel happy. I mean really. Have you ever asked yourself the question when were you last happy with the one you love? I guess mine was with this moment.

Nabigla ako nung binuhat ako ni Glen. He swept me off the floor literally!

"Glen! Baba mo ko! Nakakahiya!" Omg! Namumula nako. I was like a cherry tomato! Everyone in the mall was looking at us.

He was just smiling like a fool. He might think this is just a game pero matatanda na kami. Were no longer in college.

"Glen! Stop." He looked at me and pecked me on forehead.

I couldn't help but smile. Kinikilig nako! Pero I had to bury my face with my purse. Ayokong pinagtitinginan ako ng tao at the next time I come in the mall they might remember me and keep talking about me.

We can hear a lot of peoples comments. Some were clapping their hands together. Others we can here them exclaim "sweet!"

Until we reached the parking lot and that's when he finally put me down.

"Don't do that again!" Warning ko sakanya sabay pilyong ngiti.

"Well. That depends. I think I might be carrying you around to much when we get married" he winked and napanganga ako sa sinabi niya.

Marriage?! Im not ready for marriage!

I watched him as he opened the passenger's door to let me enter. I got lost in the moment but finally processed enough to get my ass inside the car.

He hopped in and looked at me seriously.

"You look scared love?" Hinawi niya ang buhok ko and tucked it in my ear.

"Im fine" sambit ko and I flashed him my teeth. OA na kung OA sa ngiti. Pero hindi ko na inisip ang marriage. Why now.
