Chapter 23- Telling them

~Chidori's P.O.V~

With some persuasion*cracks knuckles*, the Hokage agreed to take Yuri away from his abusive parents, allowing him to be adopted. I was put in charge of finding a home for him, because Saukra and Sasuke said no for unknown reasons. Though, it did take awhile, I did find a good person willing to have him in their home. 

"Thank you so much, please take care of him," I said.

"Will I ever see you again?" Yuri asked, an innocent smile on his face.

"Of course you will. I'll be in the village sometimes and you can find me anytime you want, okay?" I said, hugging him. He nodded, smiling and went with his new parents. 

 Now, to deal with my own problems. I arrived home to Kiba messing around with Akamaru. It was a cute moment, but telling him about his developing child seemed to be a bit more imperative at the moment. 

"Ahem," I said, getting his attention. 

"Hey! How did it go?" he asked. 

"Great, he's in good hands," I said. "So I have something I wanted to tell you."

"What?" he said, concern flashing over his face. He stood up and walked over to me. 

"I don't want you to get upset or anything, for not telling you...and I don't want you to freak out..but..um.." I played with my fingers. 

"The anticipation is killing me. Tell me," he said, holding onto my hands. 

"Well...I'm...kinda...sorta...p-pregnant," I stuttered. 

There was silence. I looked up and Kiba had a huge grin on his face. 

"YES, OH MY GOD!" he yelled. He picked me up and twirled me around. His hug was both comforting and suffocating.

"C-can't...b-breathe!" I said, smiling. 

"R-right! Sorry!" he said, putting me down. 

"I'm going to be a dad!" he announced, smiling. 

"Yep!" I smiled. "Now I just have to tell my dad."

"And the others." Kiba added. 

"Deidara already knows," I said. 

"He knew before me?" Kiba asked, expression shocked. 

"Yeah, he found out on the mission," I said nervously. 

He sighed. "Fine, let's go."

"Actually you get everyone over here, I'm too tired," I whined. 

"Okay, I'll be back," he said and ran out the door. 

I shook my head. I was so glad we was excited. Now I know that having a child is worse while you have a tail beast in you, but Yuki won't try to get out. I know her and we have an agreement. Sometimes I let her take over my body and she stays calm while she's inside. I trust her.
I sat down and closed my eyes. Not long after, I heard people running up to the house. I opened my eyes and saw my dad and the others looking a bit worried. 

"What?" I asked. 

"Kiba told us there was an emergency!" Dad said, eyes wide. 

I facepalmed and looked at Kiba. He shrugged and chuckled. "Okay, so I have some news, not an emergency," I said. 

"What?" they all asked. 

"I'm pregnant," I said.

Dad ran up to me and hugged me, along with Naruto and the others. 

"Congratulations!" they yelled.
