Chapter 13- Demon

~Chidori's P.O.V~

So, I guess the chunin exams are over now. There was this whole drama about Gaara and his friends, but now it's all good. Kiba and I were hanging out in the training fields, just walking and talking. Akamaru was on Kiba's head, as always. As we continued to talk, I realized something. The feeling I've been getting while training, it's the ten tails trying to get loose. (A/N: all the people that thought I was going to say she was in love with Kiba, I am so sorry). I talked to my dad about it before, he said I should learn how to control the ten tailed demon, but I think it'll have to wait a while.

"Whatcha thinkin' about?" Kiba asked, tilting his head a little.

"Oh, nothing. Don't worry about it." I smiled at him.

"Okay. So, I've been wondering, do you...ya know...have you ever had a crush on a guy before?" he asked.

I thought about it for a second. "Nope, I've never really had an interest yet."

"Oh..." he said looking down. "So, do you like girls?"

"Never really thought about it. Do you wanna go somewhere for lunch?" I asked, switching the topic. 

"Sure, where?" he asked.

"Um...let's get ramen!" I suggested.

I then proceeded to drag Kiba to Ichiraku's. I order pork ramen and he ordered...something that I don't know, cause I didn't really pay attention, cause I was eating.

"Chidori, when's your birthday?" he asked, looking over at me, mouth full.

"Um... I think it was...oh, yeah! December 30th," I announced, smiling.

"How do you forget your own birthday?" Kiba smirked.

"Oh, shut up! I've been doing a lot of stuff. I had no time to remember my birthday," I huffed.

"Whatever." Kiba rolled his eyes.

 After we finished, I had to go somewhere with my dad. We went somewhere in the forest, far away from the village. "What are we doing here dad?" I asked.

"We're going to see how out of control your demon really is," he answered, getting ready to fight. I nodded. I start to release my chakra and became consumed by darkness. 

~Kakashi's P.O.V~

That answered my questions. The demon had been waiting to get out and fight for a long time. It hadn't been used until now, so it must have been craving the taste of blood. After fighting it for a good hour, I began to realize things weren't really working the way I had planned. 

~Time skip, cause I don't want to do the fight scene~

I limped my way back to the village, Chidori on my back. As soon as I walk through the gate, Kiba ran up to me. "What happened?" he asked, staying at my side.

He looked over at Chidori, whom I may add, has a scratched face, long fangs, a broken wrist, and a gash on her arm. Her tail was showing and, like a gentleman, Kiba tucked it in for her. "You should go to the hospital," he said, looking me up and down.

"Yeah," I sighed, and we walk to the hospital.

"So, how did this happen to you guys?" Kiba asked after a while of silence.

"We were training and the demon took over her body. She's the one who did this to me," I explained.

(A/N: Oh yeah I might have forgotten to tell you Kakashi found out about Kiba knowing that Chidori had a demon inside her.)

"Woah, she's that tough like that?" Kiba asked, surprised.

"Yes, tailed beasts have oceans of chakra stored inside their Jinchuriki," I explained, hoping that would clear up something in that tiny brain of his. After we made it to the hospital, Kiba went back to his home, telling me to say hi to Chidori for him. When Chidori and myself were brought to a room, the hokage came into the room and stood to wait for the doctors to fix both Chidori and me up. After they left, he closed the door and began to talk. "Can and will she be able to keep it under control?" he asked.

"I have no idea. When we were fighting she seemed to have some control, but not 100%. She needs a lot of work," I said, gazing down at my unconscious daughter.

"Then, we must send her away where she may learn to control this demon out of populated areas. However long it takes," the Hokage demanded.

I nodded, letting him know I understood. Not knowing who else to trust to train my daughter, I decided to train her myself.
