Arielle sat in Emmett's room Arielle didn't feel up to going to school and The Cullen's also didn't want her going to school believing she needed rest, she decided to go home and pack a few clothes to take to The Cullen's house, Since she'd been practically leaving with them at least until her brother is too come back from his trip.
Arielle grabbed clothes putting them into one of her duffle bags she smiled satisfied at the clothes she'd picked out.
Arielle walked out of her house just as Paul Lahote was about to knock on her door, Arielle stopped completely confused and surprised about the tall, tan, and very built guy in front of her he wasn't as built as Emmett or as incredibly beautiful as Emmett but he was pretty close
"Arielle, I'm Paul I'm not sure if you remem-" He was cut off nervously as he noticed Arielle smile, "Lahote. Yeah I remember you, you and Derek were good friends, best friends at one point, you used to always pick on me." Arielle said with a small laugh
Paul chuckled "Yeah...that's me." Paul said scratching the back of his neck awkwardly, "Oh ugh were you just leaving?" Paul asked "Yeah I'm staying at a friend's for while, but I can delay if you need to talk or something?" Arielle said kindly
"I just wanted to make sure you were okay, your brother wanted me to check up on you, but I also wanted to make sure you are okay." Paul told Arielle, "Oh well I'm doing fine, just been a little stressed but I'm doing fine, how have you been theses past few years?" Arielle asked curiously
"Fine actually better now." Paul said smirking at the strawberry-blonde in front of him "Well I should let you go. It was nice seeing you again." Paul said he waved at her she smiled waving back she got into her car driving to the Cullen's household.

"What took you so long?" Emmett questioned "Derek's old friend showed up, well he was best friends with my brother." Arielle explained "Who?" Emmett questioned
"Paul Lahote. " Arielle said smiling at bit Emmett tensed up not just because of the way she smiled oh so happily, but because of what Paul is
"You okay Em?" Arielle asked concerned Emmett nodded.

Emmett's bedroom Arielle had gotten a text from Bella saying and I quote 'Arielle. I have to tell you something about the Cullens, about what they are.'
Arielle had become quickly annoyed that Edward told her, not because she didn't want Bella to know but Arielle just had this feeling like bad things were going to happen now that Bella knew as well
"Em. What's wrong?" Arielle questioned Emmett had been quiet since she came which she found very incredibly weird because Emmett always had something to say
