I woke up the next morning. Now this is what I call a nice nap. A fine mattress, warmth, and coziness. Too bad I had to leave today. I slowly got out of bed, my bones still hurt though. Before Zeck left last night, he gave me two crutches so I can support myself on them. I grabbed my sword and strapped it on.

Okay! Kali is back and I won't fall again, you can bet on everything. A knock came from the door, and it opened. "You are up already," Zeck told me.

"Yes, I'm going to leave now, thanks for everything," I told him.

"It's only been one day, but I almost feel like a close friend," He told me. My eyebrows swung up. Friend?

"Me too...I..I've never talked to someone for this long," I told him, as we walked out of the room.

I was in front of the door when I drew my wooden sword and pointed it to Zeck's throat. He stared back at me with no emotions at all, then he smirked. I smiled back. "I'm looking forward to a duel with you. You seem like a talented swordsman," I told him.

"You too, I was nearly off guard for a second there, but after couple of seconds, I was able to find three ways I could have beaten you." He told me. That was fast. "Before you go find any stray horse around here, there are a lot, and ride it back home." Zeck told me. "Here take these." He added giving me a bandanna to cover my face and a long black coat with a hood. I gave him a thumbs up and left. I put my sword back to it's rightful place, my waist, and exited the house. I can't be soft anymore, I have to return back to survival mode.

I limped a couple of miles. This place wasn't very crowded, rarely anyone walked, since it was probably from the heat. It was like a desert here! I'm glad Zeck gave me these clothes, they helped shelter me from the sun's rays. There was a random horse trotting near by. I limped as fast as I could and grabbed it's side.

The horse was kind enough to wait for me, I slowly rode on it, and trotted on the desert land randomly. Zeck told me to keep on going west and then take a boat back to the kingdom, but where the hell is west exactly?

The horse walked on it's own and I didn't argue about that, since I didn't know what direction to go anyway.

I stuck out my tongue and gasped for water. My mouth was so dry, I couldn't take it anymore. I squinted, and couldn't believe my eyes, it was an ocean!

I jumped off the horse, then fell on my knees, quickly remembering I wasn't healed yet. I picked up my crutches from the horse's back and leaned on them. I limped as fast as I could, taking off the bandanna, and dunk my face in to it. The cool water's touch washed over my face. I took a large gulp and drank it in greed. I burped.

I put back the bandanna and searched. So, were is this boat Zeck mentioned? I rode the horse again, staying close to the water. The horse must have liked it because it was going way deeper in the water than I expected it to go. I had to move it away before it drowns.

"Giddy-up!" I hollered, and slapped the horses sides, motioning it to go forward faster. I saw a small brown object. As I got closer, it was a small boat that could probably fit three other people.

"Thanks horse!" I waved at it good bye. The horse neighed and ran near the water happily.

Freedom is a nice thing. I was jealous.

I gave the boat a little push, then ran and sat on it. There were pedals to row the boat with. I guess I should just keep rowing forward, hopefully I'm going west. How long is this boat ride going to take? It seemed a bit unsteady a bit. Hang on boat, I'm not about to get stranded in the middle of an ocean.

I rowed faster, as waves started to pick up. I looked up at the gray clouds that started to cover the sun. "Crap!" I yelled out. The boat was creaking as the wind blew it to the left. It started to rain hard. The last thing I needed was a storm! The world hated me so much.
