I woke up to the blazing heat of the sun, it was shining brighter than ever. I stretched my sore body and let out a sneeze. Even though the sun tried it's best to heat me up, it was freezing cold last night, the grass was moist  and muddy! Thanks to Lancer, I almost had to freeze to death. I picked up the covers and knocked on the door. Raina opened it for me.

"H-H-Hey," I shivered. She giggled, and handed me a cup of brown liquid and a small blanket.

"Good morning! I was just about to come out an hand you this!" She said. I wrapped myself up and took the cup. I welcomed it's warmth in to my hand and cheeks. It was a busy house even in the morning. Lenny was forcing food down Fin, Vinny was cleaning dishes, and Lancer was laying on the bench reading the latest newspaper. I leaned behind the door, sipping on my cup. It was sweet and milky, it had a taste like chocolate, but much richer than what I've ate before.

"Hey, where were you?" Lancer asked sitting up, not taking his eyes off the newspaper. I stared at him with a blank, expressionless, face. "I asked you something, planning on answering back?" He said, looking up. If I could I would dump this cup on his head and watch him boil, but it was too good to be wasted on him. "Do you not hear well when you wake up?" He asked, flipping to the next page.

"Please shut up." I replied back in a calm voice, I was ready to burst any second now.

"Jeesh, you acting like it's my fault," He snickered. I gripped the cup tightly, almost smashing it into piece.

"Dude, you're getting on my nerves!" I yelled placing my cup down.

"Oh, so you want to fight?" He asked.

"Sure why not! I'd like to beat the crap out of the person who made me freeze to death because of his loud snores!" I threatened.

"Then come at me." He sighed, flipping the next page of the newspaper.

"Oh, do you plan on not taking me serious?" I hissed.

"Exactly, I simply won't need to." He said.

"That's it!" I yelled, but the door opened, and sent me crashing down on my knees.

"Excuse me for barging in so early in the morning." A voice said. I peeked through the small crack on the door. To be safe, Lancer pulled the news to his face so he wouldn't get noticed.  At least he had a brain. They could be asking for us, or even worse another one of Thresh's loyal guardians! Lenny covered Vinny behind her, and Raina greeted them.

"Is some thing wrong officer?" She asked in her usual cheerful voice.

"Uh, yes," He softened his voice. "This man over here told me that he spotted he girl Kali, known by Satan. I believe she's on the bounty list. Anyway, getting to the point, he saw her sleeping next to your house, on the field. Are you perhaps...hiding her?" He questioned. Raina gasped.

"Oh what a crime! I would never do that! If I were to see her, I'd do my best to report her!" Raina covered up. But like hey, I was right behind the door.

"But I saw here with my own eyes!" Another high pitched male voice spoke up. I cursed silently, stiff headed men.

"Are you saying that I'm lying? Why should I hide someone so terrible!" She asked. "Plus, I have my father, sister, Grandmothr, and brother staying with me. I don't want them to be in danger, and we certainly do not have the room for one more person!" She added, covering Lancer and Vinny up.

"Yes ma'm, I do believe you but this is a serious matter. I'd like you to allow me to check the house," He told her.

"I'm telling you there is nothing to hide!" Raina insisted.
