Today was going to be the best day of your life. A few months back, your mother had surprised you with F(x) concert tickets and also, backstage passes. You loved F(x) as a group, of course, but your main focus was on Amber Liu. Amber had been a huge inspiration to you ever since she started producing music. You have went through similar fitting in problems as herself and you preferred more of the boyish style type over any dress or pink shirt. This being said, you did not find fitting in too easy.
You were currently sitting in the car with your friend who also enjoyed the group, traveling together to the concert. You both were very excited and happy that this day has finally came after waiting for what seemed like years. You both were simply inspired by the group and you both were slightly obsessed.
When you two reached the parking lot of the concert, it was absolutely packed. Your friend had suggested coming early to avoid this problem so, you did. Sadly, everyone else seemed to have the same idea. Finding a place was rough and it took a good twenty minutes. But, the frustration had only began. It seemed as each car must have carried at least a dozen people. There were many more people here than you anticipated. Luckily, although the lines were long, they were moving quite fast. The people around you were mostly girls with the occasional guy, tagging beside them. Most of the girls were your average, everyday type of girls. But, you honestly didn't expect anything different so it didn't really bother you. We were all here for the same purpose, to see the group that we all love and adore, perform right before ourselves. Thinking this way, excitement once again filled your body, replacing your frustration.
When you finally were in, you looked at the many rows before you. Your friend and yourself searched for the assigned, front row seats that you two had luckily gotten. When you finally reached the very bottom of the many rows, you plopped down into your seats, exhausted from the search. You two looked at each other and laughed. You two looked amusing sitting there, panting like dogs. When you two finally were able to stop laughing, you checked the time. '3:56p.m.' The concert did not start until four forty-five. You two had a lot of time to pass before the show would begin. To pass this time, you two simply talked and watched the remainder of the people flood in, bringing a lot of noise with them. This would have made your head hurt on a normal day, but today you didn't seem to even care. You were far too excited about the performance to let some silly, squealing teens get the best of you.
The lights that once shined bright, started to dim down slowly. This, you knew, was the moment of your life. You would finally see Amber in real life and not just on some magazine or album cover. When the lights finally were completely off, besides the few colored spotlights pointing towards the stage, the speakers began to make a faint noise. This faint noise increasing slowly and the familiar song buzzed in your ear drums. (Use whichever songs you'd like, I'm not going to limit) You smiled at this and began to tap your foot slightly to the beat. When the beginning of the song began, the group had risen from the ground which was covered in a thick cloud of smoke.
Your friend and yourself enjoyed every second of the concert and it seemed to go back faster than you expected. When it came to an end, the group had gathered backstage for the meetings and signings. You and your friend were one of the first in line and you both waited anxiously to met them all. You looked around and noticed the incredible long line that stood behind you. You were happy that you were one of the first in line but it seemed to take ages for you to actually be able to met the group.
Then line shortened in front of you and you could see the members faces. You felt someone's eyes on you. You looked at one of the tables to lock eyes with Amber, herself. Then, she flashed you a bright smile. Your heart fluttered and you became slightly flustered. You looked down at your feet, feeling more anxious than before. When you were now the next person in line to met the members, ambers gaze met yours again and she smiled again. You smiled back and walked to her table first, being more interested in her than in any of the other members. "Hello there." Amber greeted you and smiles warmly. "Hi." You said, trying not to do something embarrassing. Amber took one of the papers laying on the table and proceeded to autograph it. "And what is your name?" She asked. "My name is (y/n)." You said. She began writing again. Then, when she finished, she slid the picture to the side. "Do you want a picture also?" She asked, looking up at you, since she was sitting. You smiled and you felt like a small child receiving candy. Honestly, there was no doubt that you looked that way also. "Of course! I mean, that is, you don't mind. I'm sure that you would want to meet many other fans." You said. She chuckled. "I wouldn't mind at all. It would be a shame to not get a picture with someone as beautiful as yourself, dear!" She said. Once again, your cheeks became hot.
Your friend had come back a few moments later and you asked her to take the picture for you. When you two had found the area that you were taking the photo in, you stood there, smiling. Amber slid her arm around your shoulders and rested her arm comfortably since she was a bit taller than you. You both smiled at the camera and took the picture. When you were finished, you insisted on taking a picture of you two hugging and of course, Amber agreed. When you finally finished taking pictures, you gave Amber one last hug and you all returned to her table. You were saddened that you had to leave now but at least you had the autograph, right? Amber sat back where she previously was and handed the autographed picture to you. You smiled and examined it. Under her signature, "Amber J. Liu," it had a digits that you had assumed to be a phone number. A smile spread across your face and you looked back up at Amber. She winked at you and your friend pulled you away from the booth, heading for the exit. You now where over filled with joy and excitement.
