“Do you want me to come with you?” Hunter asked as we stood outside Asher and my room.

“No.” I shook my head but kept my eyes on the wooden door, “I’ll be out in five minutes, if I’m not...” I trailed off to look at him.

He nodded seeming to catch on, “I’ll drag you out.”

“Thanks.” I cracked a smile and then knocked on the door.

Asher opened the door quickly, “There you are, I was beginning to worry.” I nodded and he moved out of the way to let me in.

“I’ll be right here. Be quick.” Hunter told me and then added a glare at Asher.

“Wait. What?” Asher asked shaking his head as I grabbed my bag and began taking all the things I’ve used over the last few days back into it. “Nora, what’s going on? Why are you packing?”

“I can’t do this Asher!” I yelled at him, he seemed shocked as he froze across the room. “I know.”

“Nora-.” He started shaking his head and making his way over to me but stopped when he noticed my glare. “know what?”

“Everything.” I zipped the bag and began making my way out of the room.

“Nora, I never meant to hurt you.”

“Stop.” I told him as I felt my eyes fill with tears, “Just please stop.” I made my way around him and opened the door before I turned around again. I slipped the diamond off my finger and held it out to his broken face. “I’m sorry.” I whispered and he shook his head.

“No. Nora I can’t- I won’t- let you go.” His voice cracked as he grabbed my upper arm, pulling me to his chest. “Please.” He whispered, tears gently falling down his face causing mine to spill down as well. “Don’t do this.”

I pushed him away from me easily, “Goodbye Asher.” I told him as I walked out of the door. I didn’t look back even though I heard the door open behind me, I didn’t want to see him again. I knew I’d break down if I saw him cry again.

“It’s okay.” Hunter cooed as soon as we were in his room. I dropped my bags on the ground and buried my head in my hands as I let out a sob. “What did he do?”

I shook my head and cried. I wasn’t up for talking and Hunter seemed to realise this. He just wrapped his arms around my shaking figure and whispered soothing words to me.

“You take the bed.” he told me after he held me in silence for a while.

“No.” I told him, “I can’t, it’s your bed.”

“Nora. Just for tonight.” He scolded softly and then kissed my forehead. “Love you sis.”

“Love you too.” I smiled slightly. Hunter went into the bathroom and I took out my phone. I had ten missed calls from Ryder, Levi and Chris while Hunter had twenty five and Asher had fifty one. I shook my head and scrolled again to the more recent ones. I had calls from Adam and Grace as well, plus Grace had sent me text messages.

I ignored those and pressed buttons until I had to push on more to book my flight. I was going home. I didn’t want to be here when I just broke up with Asher, and I really didn’t want to see him and the manager make out. Which I’m sure is exactly what Asher will make sure I see tomorrow.

I shut off my phone and crawled into bed. I was out in no time.

“Breakfast!” Chris’s voice greeted me in the morning. I groaned and rolled over only to find out that the bed already ended. I let out a gasp as I fell face first onto the floor.
