 Chapter 6 - Alice

Lady bug, lady bug, fly away home, your house is on fire, but, sadly, your children are already dead because of stupid Dylan. All his fault.

I had almost fallen asleep in Mrs. William's class when I snapped my head back up and pretended to be paying attention. The other students were also fighting sleep; her class was extremely boring. Math. She scanned the class, looking for her next victim of a math problem. She chose me.

"Alice, you're paying attention, what is the radius of this circle?" I looked at the board, for the first time realizing we were leaning about radius. I sighed and said,

"I'm sorry, Mrs. William. I wasn't really paying attention because I was pondering on some math problems that I didn't do for homework. Can I get back to you later? Thanks." I got up and left the classroom quickly, and heard Mrs.William behind me.

"ALICE! You get back here right now, or I swear I will call the bloody principal on you!" I just laughed and said,

"You do that for me, please."

I kept waling down the hallway, and out the doors of the school. I found a small crook in a tree and settled down. As soon as I sat down, a face flashed in my brain, across my whole line of vision. It was so quick, I had to think about who's face freaking just flashed in front of me. It was Ashes. Ashlynn. Why? Why did this randoms girls face just appear in front of me? But it wasn't so random. This had happened before, with Daniella. Her face, just there and then gone. Both of them had been frowning in my vision, as if something had gone really, really wrong. And that's when I heard it.

The fire alarm. A loud beeping sound, smoke, people rushing out of the school. Oh, crap. I was really going to be in trouble. I ran as fast as I could, past a burning tree where I noticed a lady bug. Random.I kept running, and finally I was at the field where you were supposed to go during fire alarms. And I also decided to meet Ash and Daneilla. Maybe they knew about this. I hoped. They were surprisingly nice, and I actually laughed. Wow. I think that...I think that I had friends. Wow.
