The Queen of Hearts She made some tarts, All on a summer's day; The tenth little kid, He stole those tarts, And took them clean away. The King of Hearts Called for the tarts, And beat the kid full sore; The little kid Brought back the tarts, And vowed he'd steal no more.
I was shocked still when the Blue Eyed Witch told us all she was my twin. But it you looked at her, it was pretty obvious. Alice and Dani were shocked as well, but a little less than me since they could breathe. If I was this shocked much longer I'm pretty sure we'd have her doing magic faster than we planned.
"By the way, my name's Jumelle, but call me Ella." my twin said.
"H-how did you get here?" I gasped.
"How do you think silly? Through the mirror on our play-toy when we were three." Ella giggled.
Suddenly I was grasped by a blackness that wasn't feinting. It was a bit lighter and only stayed for a couple of seconds begore I blinked and nearly screamed. I was in my living room! at HOME!!! I looked around and stopped dead. In front of me, in front of me were two little girls. One was playing with a toy horse and the other was messing around with a wierd looking play thing. after a few moments of watching them play the girl with the wierd toy stopped and looked closeer at the mirror of the toy. Withing moments she was sucked into the toy, which dropped to the ground with a clatter. The little girl that had been left began to cry and a young woman rushed into the room, picking up the little girl and shushing her. "Don't worry, Ash, Ella's just gone home." the lady explained.
I was sucked back from the vision and to this time where I was staring at Ella with wide, disbelieving eyes. This was my sister!
"Wellp, now that you've met the Queen, maybe I should take you in to meet the twelve wierdos and the King." Ella rambled.
"Wait, the Queen?" Dani exclaimed.
"The Queen of Hearts, yes. I know, unbelievable that she could be such a beeotch and still be the Queen of Hearts." Ella explained.
So she led us into the smelly old shoe and, it was really nice. The place was definitely decorated like a castle. twelve little kids were currently running from a floating padle. and a fat old man was sitting on the couch, reading the newspaper. The delicious smell of strawberry tarts sifted into the room from a fine kitchen and I caught a glimpse of the old lady baking. Ella led the three of us straight through the mess and into a quiet hallway and into a very nice room. It was painted the same blue as Ella's eyes with black hummingbirds flying across the wall. Flying, as in, literally moving on the wall. In the middle was a four post, black bed and a black desk was nestled in the corner. That was really all there was to it.
"Welcome to the casa e' Ella." Ella sighed.
I listened to the ruccus of someone running downstairs and then a sickening slap, five of them actually, before a little boy who looked like he'd just been run over walked into the room.
"Ella? Can you fix me? I stole the tarts, I was just so hungry." the little boy begged.
"Ash, would you like to do it?" Ella asked me.
"How? It's not like I have any magic in me..." I muttered.
"Of course you do. You all do. How do you think you got here?"
