"Thank you," Jungkook muttered and drying his last tears in his eyes. Taehyung smiled warmly back before giving him one last squeeze on his shoulder and the boy met his foster father on the other side of the door.

The brown-haired male noticed how different he had become ever since Jungkook became his patient; he had put more effort into Jungkook than any other. Well, that's good and bad, because he had never had anyone as difficult as Jungkook before. It was hard to open him up. It almost seemed whether impossible before the session they had today. Jungkook said his first words to him that he hadn't said to anyone else.

That was not supposed to be his first words in years. He's not supposed to be someone who has these kinds of depression, although it wasn't normal what he had been through. Even depressed people tend to talk or communicate of any sorts to people they're closest to, or even their psychologists. Jungkook did neither before today that was. But he did seek help; others just couldn't see it, but Taehyung did. He could see the boy needed help before he said a word. Before he had even heard his voice. And now he was finally opening. He didn't seem to feel as scared as for their first meeting compared to now: he cried on Taehyung's shoulder, and he let him hold around him - now, that's real progress.

Taehyung felt proud. He had noticed how Jungkook didn't like touching people. He didn't like when they touched him, which he could tell from his expressions; and also when Taehyung had coincidentally seen him and his foster parents in the café and studied the boy, he could tell from Jungkook's reactions he neither liked being in contact with his foster parents nor with other people that were in the café. At one moment, a woman had accidentally bumped into him, although she almost spilled hot coffee on him she managed to keep her coffee in her hand, he gave a reaction as if she tried to murder him with a deadly weapon, aka the coffee.

Taehyung folded his papers as he put them in his bag and got ready to go home again after a long day at work. On his way home when he was driving, he spotted Hoseok on the streets, alone. He slowed down and pressed on the horn to catch his friend's attention and he seemed to have jumped at the sudden loud noise and frowned in his direction.

As the older male realised it was his friend, his smile grew wider and he ran towards his car. "Taehyungie!" he sang as the psychologist had rolled down the window to Hoseok's side of the door. "On your way home?" he asked brightly.

Taehyung nodded his head. "You too?" Hoseok nodded as well. "I can drive you home?" Taehyung suggested.

Hoseok's eyes widen as he shook his head. "It's okay, my house is in the opposite way anyways. You'd have to turn, so don't worry, all right?"

Taehyung rose up his hand to stop the older. "Don't mind that. Come on, get in," Taehyung smiled as he motioned for him to enter. Hoseok knew he couldn't really argue with Taehyung as he did everything when he first had set his mind to it. He quickly entered the car and fastened his seatbelt, and Taehyung started driving.

It didn't take many seconds before Taehyung started chatting after starting the car. "Why aren't you driving or anything?" Taehyung asked. It was rather unusual to see Hoseok walking home after work, as he usually would either drive or take the bus if he had to, but then, on the other hand, Hoseok didn't have on his usual dress to his work. He had plain casual clothes, something that he didn't wear normally at work. Hoseok was a lawyer and he'd always have to wear a dress of some sort, but now he only wore a cap, sweatpants and a turtleneck-jumper that covered Hoseok's chin and cheeks. "Were you really at work?"

Hoseok didn't answer right away. He seemed really pale after Taehyung started suspecting him. "Of course, where else would I be?" he muttered quietly. He seemed really nervous.
