As Taehyung was about to start the key he felt his pocket was emptier than usual. He reached for it an noticed something was missing.

"Ah!" Taehyung remembered. "My phone of course," he giggled at himself. He quickly exited his car and went back to his house. "I'm back Jungkookie," Taehyung giggled when he opened the door. "I forgot my phone somewhere".

He stopped right away after spotting Jungkook in the hall with his phone in his hands.

"Ah, you found it?" he smiled and went closer to accept it from the younger, but the boy didn't budge. He literally looked as if he had seen a ghost. "Jungkookie? What's wrong?" he asked.

"Taehyungie hyung," Jungkook said with his voice cracking. "I told you not to tell anyone!" he shouted.

Taehyung flinched immediately. "W - Wha - " he couldn't even finish the word. Did he find out?

Jungkook showed Taehyung the screen on his phone. He quickly read the message he had gotten from his boss. "Jungkook, I can ex - "

"I trusted you!" he yelled, tears streaming down his face. "You told me you wouldn't tell anyone! You told me I could trust you," he cried.

Taehyung had immediately dropped his car keys - they didn't matter at this moment. The only thing that mattered was Jungkook. "I only told my boss because your life is in danger Jungkookie! And what they did was a crime and you're a witness. I couldn't just keep quiet," he defended himself. Jungkook looked ready to either break down in tears on the floor or punch the shit out of the brown haired male.

"You knew I didn't want anyone to know! Especially when I wasn't ready - " His voice was interrupted by Taehyung's phone ringing in his hand. They both glanced at it, recognising the name of Taehyung's boss.

Angrily, Jungkook threw his phone on Taehyung, which he luckily managed to catch with his fast reflexes.

"Well?" Jungkook said whilst raising his eyebrow. "Aren't you going to take it?" He was obviously pissed and didn't want Taehyung to take it, or even leave for work, but he had to. He had to go to work.

"I'll be right there boss," Taehyung quickly said when he accepted the call and ended it right after.

Jungkook was giving him a dead stare.

"I'll come home right after I've finished my work, okay? We'll talk through this Jungkookie." Taehyung tried approaching the boy, but he only stepped back. I'm sorry Jungkook. "Please stay here. Don't go anywhere. I won't be gone long, okay?"

He didn't have to time to stay longer for an answer when Jungkook showed no intentions of answering, so he just walked out of the house, giving him one last worried look before closing the door. He brought the keys he dropped earlier on the floor from shock and locked the door. Of course, Jungkook could just unlock the door, but he wanted him to know the elder definitely didn't want him to go.

Taehyung brought his phone up again to send a text message.

Jungkook was furious and hurt. He couldn't stop crying. He felt betrayed. He trusted Taehyung to not tell anyone. Of course, he could understand the elder, but he also didn't want to. Jungkook hadn't trusted anyone since his parents' death. He never felt safe. He always thought his life was over. He didn't want to open to anyone or tell anyone.
