If you're really unlucky, you'll have a meet early, early in the morning *cough* 5am warmup *cough*. But I digress. You're gonna want a good breakfast for early in the morning, or you won't have any energy for your event(s). So, here's some ideas for breakfast before the meet.
Oatmeal - oatmeal is a carbohydrate, and carbs are your body's first source of energy. You can spice it up by adding fruits and nuts to it, and also add some simple carbs with protein too.
Egg sandwich - an egg sandwich will have lots of protein in the egg, which is essential to the repair of muscles. Additionally, if you add a sausage patty, you can get even more protein in there.
Yogurt - yogurt is a simple carb, meaning it will be quickly turned to energy. This will give you lots of energy for your event.
