So. This is the set I would do to my gym teacher do, and some of the idiots in my grade.
I'd start with dry land, but I'll go easy on them and make them do the set we during the winter.

Then:
2x20 kangaroos
2x20 streamline jumps
Total Time: ~45 mins
Then, warmup:
6x200s odd free even non free on the 3:30
Total Time: 20 mins
Then the transition set:
12x50s sprint kick no fins on the 1:10
12x50s drill on the 1:00
Total time: 26 mins
Then the main set! Where I can really hurt them!
6x200s on the 3:00
4x50s scull on the 2:00
5x200s on the 2:55
4x50s scull on the 2:00
4x200s on the 2:50
4x50s scull on the 2:00
3x200s on the 2:45
4x50s scull on the 2:00
2x200s on the 2:40
4x50s scull on the 2:00
1x200 all-out for time
Total Time: ~1.5 hours
Cool down:
200 easy
Total Practice Time: ~3 hours
