So, yesterday at practice, our warm up was 20x50 on the 1:00. Easy enough, right? Here's the catch: every 50 had to be different. Once you did a 50 free, you couldn't do another 50 free. One of the guys complained "that's impossible." Our coach told him he just had to be creative. So, if you ever have a warm up like this, here are 20 unique ideas for a 50.
