So...my coach hates us. Here's the set we did last night, and as u type this I legit can't feel my shoulders.

          1-4 descend IM on the 1:45

          5-8 descend free on the 1:45

7x100

          Kick on the 1:40

6x100

          25 fast 25 moderate

         Odd: non free

         Even: free

5x100

          All out sprint in the 1:20

4x100

         25 fly 25 free on the 1:40

3x100

         Kick on the 1:40

2x100

         Fly you can't breathe 2 strokes in a row (which I have trouble with because I'm not a flyer) on the 2:30

1x100 

         Easy cooldown
