"That's cool."
"I know. Tell your friends. Or rather don't. I keep forgetting the era."
"Why don't you use this thing more often."
"Using my powers comes at a cost. And it causes pollution."
"Pollution?"
"Remember that word. It's gonna be a thing a bajillion years later."
"Cost?"
"I'll explain later. Can you shoot some frogs down?"
"Just open the shield."
"I haven't perfected it yet though. If I drop it, I have to drop the entire dome. And the Boom Frog salvo is still going."
"I can see the guy with the plate!"
"Down it goes! Fire away!"
Boom Frogs leapt out of the trees like the entire thing was one big machine gun clip. One by one, they hissed and boomed nonstop as Magrathea dove for cover behind a large boulder. Which was then reduced to rubble. Another boulder. More rubble.
"Too many!"
"Argh! Fine!"
The world blurred and accelerated as I went into accelerated mode. The figure of the frogs enlarged one by one and disappeared as my feet found purchase in their slimy hides.
"Blast him!"
"He has this other guy that keeps throwing his own balls at me!"
"Oh my god just knock him out! I have my feet full here!"
"Hold...hold...there we go!"
"Is he out?"
"No, the frog behind him is."
"Some things you just have to do yourself."
The ominous hooded figure loomed into view as I accelerated up to where he was crouched. Then the damn blood red frog came out of nowhere.
"Oh you have got to be kidding me!!"
A swift kick just made it dodge, landing my kick into the ball blasting henchman. Another kick sent the neighboring trees flying. The demon frog was going for my beautiful face when a blue ball of light hit it square in the face.
"Finally!"
I turned to deal with hoodie when...
"Where'd he go?"
