"Shit..."
The beast roared a roar that shook the entire cavern, and leapt at Magrathea. A small sound escaped from his mouth before the beast's shadow engulfed him.
Then a flash of turquoise, and the beast was flung into the air and crashed into the jutting image of the now silent dragon.
The beast picked itself up, and assumed a pouncing position. The face of the dragon effigy was clearly emulated on the scarlet beast, but this one had a short muscular neck which led to a lithe, bright-red body, ending with a tail that flashed around with a spike on the end.
Another turquoise flash, and a giant fist slammed into the dragon, hitting it against the door again and again. Five claws flashed out, cutting through the fist and sending embers flying at the trio. Asura and Magrathea could do nothing but dodge backwards, but the third figure would not retreat. The dragon cocked its head to the side as it got back into position and pounced again, this time at the bearded fellow that didn't retreat. Claws burned through the air and made red lines of fire as it sped towards the General.
Another turquoise flash. But this time, another beast was perched on the shoulder of the General, with turquoise fur and snarling teeth. A wolf.
The scarlet dragon whipped out two wings and flapped away, sensing danger. And its reflexes were not without reason, since the small furry creature leaped off the shoulder and morphed into a huge beast with two scything incisors that made the dragon's claws look like sewing needles in comparison. A wolf with turquoise fur was now hurling itself through the air to collide with the dragon.
"I really wish you guys had invented cameras already."
"Cameras?"
"I'll teach you next time. Shhh. People used to pay money to watch shit like this. Or will pay. Perspective."
The two beast collided with a bang, and landed on the floor in a tangle of limbs and teeth and a huge dust cloud.
And as the cloud cleared, only a blue-ish shadow could be seen, with a dragon's head in between its teeth.
"Shit."
