Pain.
Everything was dark and I couldn't move when I woke up. My hands were chained above my head and my feet shackled to the ground. My whole body ached so bad that I thought my insides were all mushed up. I was guessing that something was over my head because I literally couldn't open my eyes.
Then I heard the creaking of a metal door.
Footsteps.
Someone off to the side pulled off the blindfold covering my eyes and everything was blurry. I could make out six figures, but I wasn't too sure. My vision cleared and I could see who was there.
Himiki Go-Zen.
The bane of my existence stood pridefully as if she won the Nobel Piece Prize. Her long, pink hair was curly and came down to the small of her back. She wore a leather jacket with only a leopard print bra underneath with dark tan khakis. Her high heel boots gave her about an inch of extra height. The intimidating part was her translucent crystal blue eyes.
"Lycas!" She exclaimed. "It's so good to see you again!"
I scoffed and looked at the other five behind her. There was Iris and Serena, then that cloaked guy from earlier, and two people I didn't recognize.
"Give it up," I glared at her. "I won't do it. I didn't fight your battles ten years ago and I won't now."
Himiki puffed her cheeks like a child. "What makes you think I'm trying to get you do work for me?"
"Maybe it has something to do with the damn chains around my arms and legs." I nodded towards my hands for dramatic effect.
"Well, we can't have you escaping, now can we?" She smiled.
"You're sick."
"And you've grown up."
"Why am I here?"
"All will be answered."
I frowned at her. Was she really pulling that wise ass card?
"Jasik," the guy from earlier stepped forward when Himiki called him. "Take Lycas up to the private room suite. He's a guest, not a prisoner."
Jasik then grunted and knocked me out.
This was gonna ruin my reputation.

Groaning, I sat up, rubbing the bruise on my head. At least I didn't have chains and I could move freely.I looked around. I could see why she called this a suite. There was an oak wood dresser that sat along the wall, along with a wardrobe. A mirror hung above the dresser that made it look more fancy. A chandelier hung from the ceiling, illuminating the room. The bed was really soft, with a large chest at the foot of the bed. A door lead to the bathroom and held a large bathtub with a shower head above. There was a large sink and a toilet beside it.
The door opened and a girl in a maid outfit came in. Her hair was violet that was held behind a headband, and her eyes were surprisingly pale blue, like the day sky. The maid uniform might've been small, because it clung to her body, defining her curves a bit much.
"Hello," she bowed. "I am Mistress Himiki's maid, Avia Nanasaki. You are Master Ichigua, correct?"
"Um," I cleared my throat. "Just call me Lycas."
"Of course, Lycas." Avia smiled.
"Not to be rude, but why am I here?" I asked.
Avia tapped her chin. "I would guess that Mistress Himiki wanted you to be a bit more comfortable."
Frustrated, I fell back in the bed, running a hand through my messy hair. "You're 'Mistress' is an evil witch, you know?"
"Well, the 'evil witch' wants you to come down to eat." She giggled.
I sat crisscrossed on the bed, crossing my arms. "I'm staying here until I think of a way to get out of this place."
"But," Avia mumbled. "You can't escape here..."
I sighed. There has got to be a way.
*Natsu's POV*
I sniffed the air. I knew something wasn't right when Lycas didn't show up at the guild yesterday. So that meant that Lycas was either on some solo mission and didn't tell anyone or he was in trouble.
Me, Lucy, Gray, and Erza walked through the woods until we stumbled upon a small town. How come we've never seen this place before?
"Do you think he's here?" Erza asked.
I nodded. "This place is where his scent leads to."
"I hope he's okay." Lucy worried.
I grunted and headed into the village. I was sure that we were gonna find Lycas if it was the last thing I do!
*Original POV*
I laid back on the bed, looking at the ceiling. There were no windows, so that was out of my escape plan. I couldn't just walk out of the door and making a door out of the wall wouldn't go unnoticed.
I growled in irritation. Why is this so difficult?! I'm Lycas Ichigua, the Universal Dragon Slayer, for crying out loud! This should be easy for me.
But it's wasn't...
Avia came back in with a tray with cups and tea. "I thought you were thirsty, so I brought you some Herbal Tea."
"Thank you." I smiled as she sat beside me, filling a cup for me. I took it and took a sip.
Wow, this really is calming. It feels so light and good and...
And...
...drowsy.
"Wha-?" I slurred. My body was going numb. I couldn't feel a thing. What was in the herbal tea?
"I so sorry," Avia mumbled. "It was my Mistress's orders. I-I didn't want to hurt you." Then she leaned forward and bit my neck. At first I couldn't think of what was happening, then the pain kicked in.
Oh, the pain.
It felt like acid was poured onto all of my veins, opened with wounds. I screamed in pain, but couldn't hear myself.
The last thing I saw were tears in Avia's eyes then I fainted.
*Natsu's POV*
I heard a scream and I knew the others heard it too, because right as I looked back at them, they were looking around to see where it came from.
I bet it was Lycas!
"Don't worry Lycas!" I yelled. "We're coming!"
I dashed forward and turned down the street, hearing another scream come from a big building that kinda looks like a large house.
I found you, Lycas!
