Chapter 6: Couples 101

The next morning, Aphmau walked downstairs and saw Katelyn on one couch and Travis on another. "Oo, what happened here?" Katelyn crossed her arms. Aphmau wondered and called Aaron. She made her way back to her bedroom and started talking. "Hi Aaron...can you come over? It looks like Katelyn and Travis have some news built up inside......I really think they're dating..........okay, see you then." She hung up and K.J. jumped on her lap. She was hiding from a puppy that had green eyes. The green-eyed puppy leaped onto Aphmau and licked her nose. "Maybe you can be T.J." she giggled. T.J. ran towards K.J. and licked her. K.J. clawed at T.J.'s neck and barked. Celestia barked and all of the puppies returned to her. They all went to sleep, with T.J. close to K.J. "Little puppies." Aphmau giggled.

Later Aaron came by. Aphmau answered the door and kissed Aaron's cheek. "Where are they?" Aaron asked. Aphmau pointed to Katelyn and Travis in the living room. They both sat together. "Soo....what's happening between you two?" Aphmau asked. Travis stood up. "Well I finally asked Katelyn to be my girlfriend last night, and I think everyone in the neighborhood heard her reaction, but she said yes after I explained how I changed and promised to only look at her face." Travis looked back at Katelyn. "Well...maybe while she's not looking..." Katelyn glanced at Travis. "I caught him staring at Lucinda this morning on his way over here." Aaron looked at Travis and traced what he was gazing at. "It doesn't look like he's staring at Lucinda anymore," Aaron chuckled.

Katelyn finally noticed Travis staring at her, but not her face. She got up and slapped Travis, then crossed her arms. "I KNEW WEARING THIS SCOOP NECK WAS A BAD IDEA!" Katelyn shouted. Travis looked up at her from the floor. "Well honey I think it was an AMAZING idea of yours." Katelyn's face turned red with anger, embarrassment, and nervousness. "You two are a terrible couple. A true couple always loves each other and-" Aphmau was cut off by Katelyn. "WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT BEING A COUPLE?! YOU AND AARON ARE ALWAYS KISSING EVERY TIME I TURN AROUND!" Katelyn boasted. Aaron looked off to the side and started whistling while Aphmau blushed. "W-well maybe you two could be better than us." Aphmau stated.

Aaron moved away from Aphmau. "Whoa, who's better than us?" he asked. "They could be! I mean, we just kiss all the time!" Aphmau said. Aaron became defensive. "We could stop, like stop all of the kissing and go on dates! But we do hang out normally!" Aphmau was upset. "When was a time when we see each other we HAVEN'T kissed since I became your girlfriend?" Their argument continued on and Katelyn and Travis examined them. "We could be like them." Travis said. Katelyn stated, "Maybe if you stopped looking at anything of mine that's not my face then yes, probably." "That can be arranged," Travis said,  holding her waist and kissing her.

"MAYBE WE SHOULD STOP EVERYTHING!" Aphmau yelled. "There's no reason to yell-" Aaron was interrupted by Katelyn giggling. "Um, Aphmau..." Aphmau kept rambling on and on until Aaron literally turned her around to see Katelyn and Travis kissing. "Aww!" Aphmau cooed. Katelyn and Travis stopped kissing and blushed, then Katelyn punched Travis. "TRAVIS! THEY WERE STARING AT US!" Travis held Katelyn and said, "Aw! Why not another kiss?" Katelyn punched Travis and he fell on the floor. "Maybe you should not do that, because, y'know..." Aaron said. "He's my boyfriend and I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT." Katelyn yelled. Aaron put up his hands as a sign that he understands. 

About 7 seconds later a knock came to the door. Aphmau answered it and there was Lucinda, standing in a sassy and angered position. "Where is Travis?" she asked.  Lucinda pushed Aphmau out of the way and saw Travis on the floor. She ran to him and hugged him. "Travis! I was so worried about you! You just left my house for no apparent reason last night! On the day I accepted your request of being your-" Lucinda glared at Katelyn. "GIRLFRIEND." Katelyn gawked at Lucinda and deathly stared at Travis. "You. Did. WHAT?!" Katelyn asked Travis. "I-I DIDN'T GO ANYWHERE, I SWEAR!" Travis pleaded. "I DID NOT GO TO LUCINDA'S HOUSE WHATSOEVER!" Katelyn punched Travis again. "THEN WHY DID SHE SAY THAT? DO YOU LOVE HER?"
