Chapter 24: People Are So Annoying

Bright and early, Aaron walked to The Boy's house to help Travis move a new mattress into his room. Aaron knocked on the door, and no one answered. He knocked again, and still no answer. "Travis?" he said. He rolled his eyes and leaned against the wall. He stood there for ten minutes, and got back up. He leaned forward and started to knock, but Travis swung open the door. Aaron fell on him and they kissed. "OH MY IRENE I CAN'T-" "I CAN'T BELIVE YOU JUST KISSED ME AARON! CALM YOURSELF!" Travis screamed. Aaron quickly got up and his face was terribly red. "I-I DIN'T MEAN TO IT'S JUST THAT- YOU OPENED THE DOOR WHEN I WAS GOING TO KNOCK AGAIN!" He yelled. Travis wiped his mouth and they stood there in silence for minutes. "Now I see why Aphmau wants to kiss you all the time, you have pretty fresh breath."  Aaron looked down and they stood again in silence.

"Maybe it's best we don't mention ANYTHING hat has happened this morning, okay?" Travis said to Aaron. "Can we not talk about it at ALL? I still feel really uncomfortable..." Aaron stated. Travis nudged Aaron's arm. "By the way, how's Aphmau?" Aaron put a hand to his head. "I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT HER!" He ran back to his house and saw Aphmau peacefully sleeping on the couch. Travis was creepily standing behind him and whispered, "How you doing?" Aaron jumped. "You scared me!" "Where's my little Aphmau at?" Travis sat down on the couch, and a squeak came from under him. "Travis! Get off of me!" Aphmau said. Travis scooted over and let Aphmau sit up. Her hair was a mess, and she was wearing her bra. "WHOA BABY! AARON YOU TRYNA HIDE YOUR HONEY UNDER SOME SHEETS?! WELL NOW I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER!" Aaron and Aphmau blushed again. She wrapped herself in the blanket. "Wait... TRAVIS?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? GET OUT!" Aphmau screamed. "Hang on a minute, I'm still examining some art know what I'm say-" Aphmau slapped him and he fell to the ground.

Travis got back up and adjusted his jaw. "Ouch." He looked over at Aaron. "Wait a minute... Aaron... there is NO WAY...." He ran over to Aaron by the door and looked at his hair. "YOU DYED YOUR HAIR! And it's a bit messy too, wow! You two just can't cover stuff up can you?" Aphmau slammed down her blankets. "TRAVIS! WE DIDN'T- I JUST- ARRRRRGH!" Aphmau stood up and she was in penguin-printed pajama pants. "I just fell asleep and it got way too hot, okay?" She took her hair out of a ponytail and Aaron stared at her. "Aphmau... did you-" "Yes I did." She stated, A long white streak of hair fell upon her shoulder. "I didn't want you to go through this alone." Aaron laughed, and she laughed. "Travis, can you please leave? I need to talk with Aaron. Alone." Aphmau asked. Travis left with no struggle, and Aphmau got up to shut the door. She slammed it shut and Aaron was standing by the wall. Aphmau stepped up to him. "We didn't get to finish what we started yesterday." Aaron gulped and moved to the side, but Aphmau stopped him. "It was your fault, you fell asleep!" "That's because you didn't do anything except shiver." Aaron moved again, but he was also stopped. "You're not leaving me this time."

"Can we postpone this? Maybe till 3005?" Aaron nervously laughed. "Funny. Now come here!" Aphmau grabbed his sweater  by the neck and kissed him. She dragged him upstairs and tried to open the door, but someone walked into the house. "Aphmau? Aphmau! What did Aaron do to Travis? I mention him and then he starts shaking, and I don't know what's-" Katelyn was walking upstairs as she talked and saw the two. "Are you seriously- wait, AARON?! WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT, YOU WEREN'T, AARON! I'M GONNA KILL YOU-" "Hold on! It was my idea, okay? I still want him to live, mother of Irene!" Aaron cringed at how embarrassing the moment was. "Well as long as nothing happens, continue on... you weirdos." Katelyn snarled. She walked outside and left the house. Aphmau waited for the door to close and darted her eyes at Aaron. "We still aren't done!" Aphmau yelled. She pushed him and he fell on the floor in his room. "Whoa, hold on for just a second-" Aaron tried to sit up and held his back. He fell onto the floor flat on his back. "We don't have a second to wait, Aaron." Aphmau pushed him back and kissed him. "Wait- I'm- not- ready- yet!" At that exact moment, Dante opened the door and looked at them in silence. He then shut the door and continued on his way.

"If Dante is here, that means- OH NO-" Laurence and Garroth opened the door and gawked at them. They fainted, and Dante walked by them. "I'll have these guys out of your hair. I came over to find Travis since he went missing and... yeah." Dante slowly rolled the boys down the stairs. This went on for a while, and Aaron started a conversation. "So um, how was your day?" Aphmau rolled her eyes. "It was terrible, because everyone in Mystreet wants to come here specifically on this day when I want some alone time with my man. But that's gonna turn around in a second." "Whoa WAIT WAIT!-" Aphmau kissed him again, and again, and again.

"Kawaii~Chan wants to give Aphmau~Senpai her cupcakes! Kawaii~Chan spent a long time on them!" A muffled voice came from behind the door. "No, she's probably asleep! You know what, stay right here." High heel clicks neared Aaron's door and soon, the door was cracked open. Aphmau opened an eye and gasped. "She sat up and wrapped a blanket around herself. "AARON!" She squeaked in a high-pitched voice. "It's only 5 o'clock! Why are you taking a nap this early-" Aaron sat up and looked at Aphmau's pale white face of fear. "There's no ghost, is there?" He asked. He turned and saw Lucinda's dropped jaw. "Oh. My. IRENE." Lucinda gasped. Aaron and Aphmau's faces were more red than an apple. "Wait... you said-" Aphmau was cut off by the shrill sound of a metal tray smashing against the floor. Kawaii~Chan stood there, with her mouth wide open. "............AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" She snapped dozens of pictures, and Lucinda dragged her out.

Aphmau left Aaron's house, with them not saying a word to each other. Aphmau walked home and sat down on her living room couch. Katelyn poked and yelled at her, and screamed constantly. Aphmau drifted off to sleep, with the last words she heard was, "I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY WITH THE AMOUNT OF TROUBLE YOU CAN GET INTO!"

Aphmau woke up in her bed, and started to think. Then the real, real fear kicked in. "What if Kawaii~Chan posted that picture-" Her phone vibrated on her bed. "Yup." And then, the real, real, real, fear came to mind. She gasped. "WHAT IF MY MOM SEES THAT PICTURE?!"
