I'm not crazy.

I know I'm a little weird.

I have big dreams for a loser,

But I can't help but hope.

Hope that the world would be kind to me.

I'm just a foolish idiot,

But fools are dumb enough to be strong.

Be strong for something that will never happen.

Don't look at me like that.

I'm still your baby,

Just a little more stronger.

These bruises and scars aren't just for show.

I'm still the same.

I'm still me.

I can read your mind,

I can see your doubts.

Why do you lie to me?

Do you not believe in me?

Even though I'm still far from the goal,

I've become anew.

I've become me.

Trust me.

I'll make you proud.

I'll stand there with a smile on my face.

I'll tell the world my story.

I'm not scary.

But why are you hiding?

Are you embarrassed?

I'm me.

Are you embarrassed of me?

It's okay.

It's because of you that's why I'm here today.

Don't worry.

I'm sorry for not thinking about you.

I'm sorry for having my own opinions,

But I'm getting bigger now.

Remember when you told me that if babies don't take the first step they'll never learn how to walk?

Well the your baby's getting tired of crawling now,

She's ready to walk.

She's ready for the world.

She's ready for battle.

She'll fall, but she'll get right back up.

Don't be embarrassed of your baby,

She's merely following her dreams.

She wants to see something new,

And not just your protective arms.
