Dally's point of view.

*Flashback*

Darry started the fight knocking someone straight to the ground from the first punch. Then, like usual everyone started running towards each other taking out the first person they seen. I tried to keep a close eye on Pony and Johnny while taking out two socs at once.

An hour and a half must have already passed, this was the longest rumble we've ever had. I couldn't help but think about Hannah all alone, probably worrying about us.

Just as I was throwing a soc over my shoulder I heard Darry and Steve yell in joy, we won, we won another rumble.

"Hey guys come here!" Pony yelled. We all ran to where Pony and Johnny were sitting on the ground next to someone laying down. I got up close and realized it was Hannah.

"Shit, we have to get her to a hospital quick" Darry said. I picked her up carefully and put her over my shoulder. Darry and Pony ran to the house and picked the rest of us up in the truck.

Darry drove fast enough to get us to the hospital in less than 10 minutes. The gang jumped out of the back of the truck and Darry helped me take Hannah out of the truck. This time Darry put her over his shoulder and we all rushed into the hospital.

"We need a doctor now" Two-bit says to the nurse sitting at the front desk. The woman pages a doctor and asks Darry to follow him while we sit in the waiting room. I should be in there with her, not Darry.

After an hour of waiting around, the doctor came out and told us what had happened.

"She's very lucky because she must have gotten punched in the neck, but there's nothing too serious with her, right now she's hooked up to a couple tubes to help her breathe."

"When can we see her?" I ask impatiently.

"All of you can come in now until another doctor takes her away for a shot" He replies. "Oh and just so you know, she's not going to be talking maybe until tomorrow, right now she won't be able to make any contact with you at all" He adds. We all nodded and followed him into the room.

I cringed when I seen her laying there, her face was bruised, her lips were busted up and her eye was swollen. She looked worse than most of us.

"Why do you think she did it?" I ask sitting in an empty chair.

"Well it was going on for 2 hours, I told her an hour, she must have gotten worried and came to check on us" Darry replied.

"I shouldn't have went, I should have stayed home with her, at least for this one" I almost wanted to cry. We are supposed to be protecting her and I'm the one who keeps getting her into trouble, of all people.

We stayed quiet for a while, I guess no one had anything to say.

"Excuse me, hi, I'm going to be wheeling Hannah into another room to give her a shot so we can finish her up, she should be ready to go home tonight or tomorrow morning" A different doctor says coming into the room.

"Where should I stay until she's ready?" I ask standing up.

"You may wait in the waiting room until she's woken up, then you may stay for as long as you want" He answered as he starting wheeling Hannah's bed out the door.

"Well you guys can go back, I'll wait by myself" I said as I was walking out the door.

The gang left and I only waited in the waiting area for an hour. The doctor is now leading me into her room.

"Now she's still asleep, so try not to wake her on purpose, she's probably really tired" He said before entering the room.
