HANNAH'S POV
I woke up with an aching body. I felt so stiff I was afraid to move. I slowly turned my head and seen Soda sleeping next to me. The house was quiet but I knew the gang was out there.
"Soda" I said quietly. He never moved. "Soda" I said again but this time I shook him until he woke up.
He turned his head and looked at me with wide eyes.
"You're awake! Hannah you're awake, guys! Hannah's awake!" Soda shouted jumping off the bed.
I widen my eyes as I heard the loud footsteps of every member from our gang come straight to Soda's room. They all stood there staring at me like they haven't seen me before. Honestly I didn't want to talk to any of them, I was pretty mad at them.
"Han I'm so glad you're okay" Darry said.
I didn't know if I should answer. I was mad at Darry most, then Dally, I can't believe he actually believed him. Honestly I couldn't see Pony, Johnny or Soda believing, but at the same time I really couldn't see any of them believing.
I decided not to give Darry a answer, instead I tried to get up but I winched in pain.
"Hey be careful, we can't tell if anything is broken, take it easy man" Dally said coming to the edge of the bed. I looked at Dally and he looked at me, not with that angry look anymore, but with that same look of love. Maybe he didn't believe in the first place, maybe he was just being Dally and getting angry before he even knew what was going on.
Dally helped me off the bed, I could walk pretty fine, the only thing that really hurt was my chest when I moved it around. I walked to the bathroom, I was almost nervous to see what I looked like, according to how bad my stomach was.
I stopped in front of the mirror, but I was looking down at my feet. I didn't want to look, but I did, I lifted my head and seen myself in the mirror. I immediately started crying. I looked worse than Johnny, like way worse. My face was covered with stitches and holes, how could they even recognize me?
I stormed out of the bathroom and walked straight to the door. I turned and looked at the gang before leaving the house. I wanted Dally to follow me, but I knew he wouldn't but I really didn't care, at the same time I wanted to be alone.
I walked until I was cooled off. I never seen as many socs as I was expecting. I got a few strange looks from the greasers, which I was expecting because I look like death. I really don't care what people think of me anymore, my life is a mess and it's been so hard to deal with lately, I really just don't care.
I walked a few unfamiliar roads, I should know all the roads by now but I really don't pay attention when I'm with the gang. I thought about them for a long time. I still really love them after what they done to me, especially Dally. I don't think anything could make me not love Dally. And Darry, I know he means well, he was probably just overrating, or just the thought of me doing that came to his mind and made himself believe it. And Soda, Pony and Johnny, I know for a fact that they didn't believe it, I don't really know about Steve cause we ain't that close, but I'd expect him to believe me over Tim.
I was hoping not to run into Tim, but with my luck, he stood there eyeing me down. He was a nice bit away, but close enough for us to stare each other down. I didn't know if I should go talk to him or just leave it alone. Personally I think it was to big of a deal to just leave alone, so I bravely went up to him.
"Tim" I said slyly.
"Girl" He said back. Did he not know my name? I gave him a strange look.
"What was that about, do you see what happened to me, you basically ruined my face" I snapped. I was more angry about my body than anything. I could have easily died losing all that blood, even though I said I didn't care
"That wasn't me sweetie" He grinned. I was disgusted. I hated this guy.
"I'm sure you had something to do with it, besides it wouldn't have happened if Darry never kicked me out" I said. "Why did you do that to me anyway, I don't deal, my brother does"
"Don't know honey"
"Enough with the sweet talk, god you're gross" I rolled my eyes.
"What was that?" He said. Man did that remind me of Dallas. I never replied, he just grabbed my arm and started pulling me away from where we were standing. I tried to get out of his grip but he was to strong.
"Tim, let me go" I said. My arms were killing me. "You're hurting me"
"That's kind of the idea" He said, continuing to drag me.
He kept dragging me to wherever, I stopped trying to get out of his grip because he was way to strong. I was really hoping to see one of the guys before he brought me to wherever he was bringing me.
"Tim, where are we going, come on man you're killing me here" I sighed. My arm was hurting so bad I felt like I couldn't even feel the pain no more.
"It's a surprise doll" He said. I could see him smiling from looking at the back of his head. Smart guy.
The grip was beginning to become looser and looser, so I took the chance of getting out and I succeeded. I took off as fast as I could and never looked back. I started seeing some familiar houses so I knew I was getting close. It felt like Tim was tight behind me but I was to afraid to look. I started to see the house and a smile appeared on my face. I didn't care anymore, I just wanted my boys back. I swung open the door and slammed it right behind me. I slid down the door out of breath. My head was dizzy and my heart was beating uncontrollably.
"Hannah?" Soda asked. "You okay" He came to me and put his hand on my face. I looked at him but my vision was blurry. 'Not again' was the last thing I thought before passing out on the floor.
SODA'S POV
"What is wrong with this girl" I said picking her up and laying her on the couch.
"Wonder what was she runnin' for" Pony said.
She started to get pale. This girl made me worry way to much. I love her to death but she gotta watch herself.
"Darry should we take her to the hospital" I asked.
"She'll be fine I'm sure" He replied.
"Hey Dally man, you good?" Steve asked.
Dally did look really down today. But I don't blame him. His girl is in rough shape and we didn't even do anything about it, well I guess we couldn't when it was our fault.
"That girl man" He sighed. "We need to be more careful with her"
Most of us nodded as we looked at her. It's a sin what's going on with her. She must be so stressed.
It was a good 3 hours before Hannah woke up. Her colour was back now but Dally wouldn't let her get off the couch.
HANNAH'S POV
I can't believe I passed out again. Maybe I'm slowly dying inside. I almost feel okay now but Dally won't let me move, he's been stuck to my side ever since I've woke up.
"Why was ya running anyway?" Soda asked me.
"Tim, he was tryin' to kidnap me or something. I seen him when I was walking by, we talked for a minute or two, then he started dragging me" I see Dally's jaw clench from the corner of my eye.
"You ain't going out alone no more kid" Darry said.
I honestly didn't argue about that, I felt so unsafe right now and I just needed the gang to be by my side. They are my family now and they are the only people I love. I expect them to love me back and treat me well, and I know they'll never make this mistake again.
I'm sorry this chapter is so short, I really wanted to update and this is what I've got. This chapter wasn't so interesting but I've got some good ideas coming soon!! Please comment and vote.
