as a few days past in our own little world it was time to get back to reality we had to go back to work go on as we were before the good news until the next scan. its 8 am i say bye and give Matthew a kiss and i will see you later he tells me to take it easy i will i said enjoy work babe.
i catch the taxi and get to work few minutes early gives me a chance for toilet and freshen up before i see the patients and find out where i am placed for the day. go to the desk Lynn is sat there hi laycee how are you am fine same old same old could i have my shift for today Hun, yes no problem. OK you are on this floor today checking patients and taking care of new patients who arrive. thank you Lynn fine by me. you seem extra happy did you have a bit of fun last night 'wink wink'. i just laugh i will never tell. i walked to the patient john Newman looked at his note he was due his tablets and more bloods to be taken. hi Mr Newman how are you feeling today am going to get your tablets for you and get your bloods done. hi young lady am very well or well as can be as am in here ' he laughs' nice gentleman he takes his tablets i get his bloods send them away. onto the next a Mrs Sharon white and then miss Debbie hopper and last for the day Mr peter griffin. my shift is over my feet are killing i hand my sheet to Lynn bye Hun am off tomorrow i will be back on Friday see you then, yes bye.
back home Matthew has been in from work for an hour and half he all showered got our food cooking as i come into the kitchen he say go and get into the bath i have just ran it for you coming in and one you out tea be ready, oh lovely whats for tea, well am making well its a surprise it be ready soon. as i undress and get into bath it feels so great i needed this i get out 10 minutes later get sorted pop down for tea and the table is set and food is served, Matthew is at the table come darling its your favorite home made chicken curry rice and poppadoms, oh lovely babe once tea is over Matthew clears up popping the plates ETC into the dishwasher we chill on the sofa talking laughing just as we did when we first got together. its getting late lets go to bed.
