Julia’s POV

I woke up and rolled over. I felt myself fall out of the bunk but I was caught by someone. I looked over and saw my Ducky. “Thank you Ducky.” I said hugging him. “Welcome, Goober. Just looking out for Little Radke.” He said hugging me back. He set me down and I walked into the kitchen to take my vitamins and eat breakfast. “Where is Ronnie?” Derek asked. “Went to the gym since we have a day off.” I said. He nodded. I fed some bacon to Charlie and curled up on the couch with my omelet. I rubbed my tummy. “I can’t wait to meet you Little Radke. Aunty Haley and Aunty Christina are painting your room back at home for us. They are painting it a pretty crème color. I even sketched out a tree with a bird’s nest with a chick in it then there is a momma bird with a worm going to feed it. I sketched it before we left for tour with daddy. Daddy is so excited to meet you baby. Charlie even sleeps with us to protect you. He always growls at your uncles when they try to feel you.”  I said. I turned on the TV and watched some Spongebob. After an hour my sweaty husband came walking through the door. “Hey baby.” He said coming over to kiss me. “Nope, you go shower before you touch all this.” I said. “Or you could come shower with me.” He said. “No, I think I am going to sit here and enjoy my Spongebob.” I said. He pouted. “We can cuddle when you are done.” I said. He smiled and ran off to the shower. I laughed and patted the couch. Charlie jumped up and rested his head on my tummy. He licked my stomach and rested his head again. I smiled and scratched his head. After ten minutes I heard the shower turn off. I heard Ronnie run to the bedroom to change. “Daddy ain’t making you move Charlie because we are comfortable.” I said. He barked in agreement. Ronnie came out and pouted. “Charlie.” He whined. I laughed. Ronnie’s phone went off and then he started dancing. “What is it?” I asked. “The plans I had for today came through so go get dressed. And make it look like we live in the south.” He said. I nodded and went to take a shower. I had an idea of where we are going tonight and I hope I am right. If I am I will be the happiest girl in the world. I finished my shower and blow dried my hair. I walked out to the bedroom and pulled out one of my favorite dresses. The top is an old floral pattern and the bottom was a bunch of frilly tulle at the bottom. I slipped it on and put on a light pink, peach and crème white bangle. I found my gold feather necklace and placed it around my neck. I also threw on a pair of earrings. I headed back into the bathroom. I curled my hair with big flowing curls and then put on natural makeup. I headed into the living and received some wolf whistles. I laughed and bowed. “Thank you boys.” I said. Ronnie is so lucky I brought my cowboy boots. I slipped them on and threw on a cowboy hat. Soon Ronnie came out in a black V-neck and a pair of jeans. He had cowboy boots on and a cowboy hat. I laughed and kissed him. “Don’t wait up boys.” I said waving goodbye. Ronnie drove us to a stadium and I looked up at the sign and squealed. Ronnie is taking me to see Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, Tim McGraw, and Luke Bryan. I kissed Ronnie and ran for the front of the stage. I couldn’t help but be excited. Sure I love my rock but I am totally a country girl at heart. Plus Ronnie knows I fan girl majorly over Luke Bryan. “Ronnie.” I looked at him batting my eyelashes. “Yes, you can kiss Luke Bryan if he lets you.” He said. I squealed and hugged him. “Have I told you lately how much I love you?” I asked. “Like twice an hour.” He said kissing me. Jason Aldean came out on stage first. I cheered and he winked at me. Jason Aldean winked at me. He sang all my favorites and of course my all-time favorite She’s Country. Then Blake Shelton came on. He sang most of his old songs but he sang Honey Bee and God Gave Me You. Ronnie and I slowed danced to that one. I was so happy to be here with my man. Luke Bryan then came on and Ronnie smiled at me. He sang Drunk On You which made me smile because definitely that song describes me during the summer. “So I need a pretty lady to come up on stage for this next song.” He said. I smiled at Ronnie and he nodded. He held me up and to my surprise Luke came and picked me. “Now are you a country girl?” he asked me. I nodded my head. “Well this song is for you and all the beautiful country girls out there.” He said. He started playing Country Girl. I started swaying my hips and dancing to the song. What I didn’t expect is him coming up and grinding on me. I looked at Ronnie with a sympathetic smile. He nodded and looked down. He finished the song. I didn’t want to kiss him at all but of course he pulled me back and kissed me. I smiled and jumped down to Ronnie. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him. “I didn’t want to kiss him when I got up there. He kissed me.” I said. “Like I said it is okay. I love you forever and always.” He said. “I love you too.” I said. Luke Bryan finished and Tim McGraw came on. I was hoping he was going to sing Highway Don’t Care. That song means a lot to me because my friend died in a car accident while texting. She was texting her boyfriend that she was on her way to his house and got hit but an eighteen wheeler. He started off with old singles like Memory Lane and Don’t Take The Girl. Then he sang The Cowboy In Me, Live Like You Were Dying, and My Old Friend. When he was singing My Little Girl, Ronnie wrapped his arms around my stomach and rubbed it. I smiled and kissed him. He sang his newer song Truck Yeah. “Now for this last song I need a little help from a certain little lady. Julia Radke, please come up on stage.” He said. My jaw dropped. I looked at Ronnie and he winked at me. Tim pulled me up on stage. “Now Julia, this song is dedicated to your best friend Emily Harrison. This is Highway Don’t Care.” He said. Tears instantly came to my eyes. A stage hand gave me a mic. He had me sing all of Taylor’s parts. I notices Ronnie was backstage. By the end of the song I was crying. Tim escorted me off stage. He hugged me and I broke down crying even more. “You are a strong girl Julia. I talked to your husband over there and he told me what you have been through. I don’t think I would be able to have handled the things you went through like you did. Now look at you. You have an amazing life, a handsome loving husband and a little baby on the way.” He said. I nodded. “Thank you so much.” I said hugging him. “You’re welcome. Now go enjoy your night with your husband.” He said. I nodded and gave him one last hug. I looked over and saw Faith Hill smiling at me. She waved. I walked over and hugged her and she hugged me back. “Go have fun now.” She said. I nodded. I interlaced my head with Ronnie’s and we walked to the car. I looked out the window the whole way to dinner. He pulled over at a BBQ place. “Thank you.” I said. “You are so very welcome.” He said kissing me. We both got pulled pork sandwiches. “Did you enjoy the concert?” he asked. “Yes except for Luke Bryan kissing and grinding with me.” I said. He smiled and kissed me. “Don’t worry I will be the only man grinding and kissing you.” He said. I laughed and kissed him back. We finished eating and headed back to the bus. I was happy to change back into comfy clothes. I threw on one of Ronnie’s shirts and my Mrs. Radke booty shorts. I plopped down on the bed and waited for Ronnie. I was making him watch Country Strong with me. He came in with Charlie and Charlie instantly ran for me. He rested his head on my stomach and Ronnie joined me on the bed. I rested my head on his shoulder and we watched the movie. I fell asleep at the end. I felt Ronnie lie me down and then lie down himself. I cuddled up next to him and soon fell into a deep sleep.

Julia's outfit on the side. The video is the music video to Tim McGraw's My Little Girl. This has always been me and my dad's song since it came out. I love my daddy. I am proud to say I will always be Daddy's Little Girl.
